Wow, Rob s classes are an incredible challenge yet they feel so intuitive. He is absolutely one of my favorite teachers of all time!

I absolutely love this class for the days my hips are tight enough that I m also feeling lower back pain. That crazy IT band stretch works like a charm and Rob always warms you up so gradually that you re ready for every increasingly difficult stretch or pose. His classes are absolute perfection and I so wish there were more.

I don’t have any criticism for the class, I just don’t feel it was for me. People click with different instructors. For anyone wanting something different, I recommend the class. Good cues, excellent hip openers.... just wasn’t feeling the vibe.

I knew I needed this class but avoided for a while because I thought it might be too intense for me. I was wrong, it was a great balance and great on my hips and now I will be adding it to my rotation. I agree with another reviewer about the perfect specimen of a yoga model, it is hard to not end up judging yourself against them, but Rob s personality makes that easier to deal with :)

Great class that has cues for advanced beginners all the way up to experts. Calm, relaxing teacher, but still got some heat moving. Really enjoyed it!

Rob s classes are such a treat! There is a carefully studied curation of standard, rare, unusual and completely new poses arranged in a sequence to make the experience of the peak pose seem almost effortless. It s always worth 70 minutes and munch more to take one of his classes.

I think all of this teacher s classes are great. Such smart sequencing and effective cues. Certainly delivered on the hip work as promised.

Thank you for creating this practice! I have been working on my hips with an injury to my knee and this was just what I needed. My hips feel fantastic and the pressure release off my knee is incredible. If you struggle with hips this is a must do routine. It will become a part of my normal practice.

Very challenging class, but nicely paced. Great cues. Gentle voice. Sometimes it would be nice to have a model who isn t quite so perfect at all of the yoga poses, though.... to make the rest of us humans feel okay. But Rob was nice and accepting in the way he speaks.

I liked this one. A lot of interesting and less common hip openers. However, I would say that this is a more advanced class and one to try when you are practicing regularly. I ll definitely try again when I m feeling ambitious.

Holy noodles Batman! I think I have reached Nirvana. This class makes me want to move to Colorado to go to your classes in person. That was amazing. You cannot expect me to walk now though. I am complete jelly. Excellent!!!!!!!

This was an intense workout. Great clear cues! This would be one class just to watch the model, so smooth and elegant in his practice. I ll do this one again.

Oh, this is probably my favorite class ever! Exactly what I need and a great balance between strength and flexibility. I just loved everything about it: the clear cues, the small talk, the sequencing, the core work, the choice at the end, yes everything, except perhaps the music.
