That was another perfect practice from my new favorite teacher !
I love how each her practice is slightly different and not repeating the same moves again and again. That is really making these fresh and interesting. I already feel the difference after just few days of practicing. My low back is healing and I feel strong in my core. I am hooked :) Thank you !

I loved this class. It was exactly what I needed, a great combination to start my day. I feel energized with a sense of overall well-being. It will also be great to do at the end of my day as well. This was my first class with this program. Thank you ... you are making a difference!

Definitely bordering on Intermediate level but this class was very well done, great pacing and some fun challenges. One of my favorites.

I love all your classes, Claire! They are challenging but you provide gentle modifications throughout. The yoga and pilates fusion classed combine the best of both. Your instruction style and sequencing make for some of the best workouts. Please add more of these classes. Thank you!

Yes, there is more Pilates than Yoga, but I love it! This one will burn your core and legs in a good way. I can t wait to see how I feel tomorrow....

This was a perfect blend of yoga and pilates. The instructor was easy to follow. I can really feel it in my core.

Class flew by and was a good mix of Pilates and yoga.
Helpful to have the emphasis on core.
Would have enjoyed more yoga (and less Pilates) but overall enjoyed this hybrid. Claire offers a great workout every class!

Loved this class.... I usually do the 20 minute abs blaster but thought I d do this for a change - gave as much of a workout without the same boot-campy feel and loved the added yoga! Will be feeling my abs and glutes tomorrow!

One of my favourites! Love the way she integrated yoga into a pilates workout. It s a perfect intensity for me. I d like to think I m rather fit & this one got my heart pumping!

This was pretty good. It seemed to me to be a lot more pilates than yoga, and I would have preferred more yoga.

I am not a big Pilates "guy" but my wife loves it, so I figured I d give it a shot. Holy Abs! I got a great core workout and also felt that the yoga balanced it out perfectly with flexibility. Love the planks.

This class will definitely make you sweat. She does a great yoga warmup and then dives into more traditional Pilates moves. She does throw some non-traditional moves in, but they re enjoyable. Great guidance, although I felt like some of the moves were rushed, and that some more reminders about form could have served the class well. Either way, I ll definitely be taking this class again.

Way more Pilates than yoga. I wish there was a longer warm up and more yoga flow with standing poses/warriors infused into the practice. I tried this first thing in the morning and found the going right into the very extended plank sequence (push-ups, forearm, and side planks) to be painful after the quick lunge, twist, and pyramid warm up at the top.

I ve really come to like Claire s classes a lot. In this particular one I like the blended styles because I feel like I get strength and stretching all at once.

Loved all the plank variations, including the side plank/mermaid combo! And any time I can combine my two favortie forms of movement, yoga and Pilates, my body thanks me for it! Great class as always Claire!

I haven t done a whole lot of pilates, so this was a great intro for me and whew, it kicked me right in the abs. :) I will definitely be doing this more to get stronger.

This lady must have abs of steel. Either that or mine are kinda flabby. Or both. How she can speak so calmly through some of the ab exercises... anyway, I loved it and felt it was a great workout. Mostly pilates with just enough yoga that you feel stretched AND toned.

As a pilates instructor sometimes I just want to take a class vs. teach it so I was so excited to try this class out. Great mix of yoga and Pilates. Not the most intense class, but a great class overall. Loved the leg and ab series! Keep it coming!
