Wow, what a class! Kristen and Amber just beat me up! A very fast pace class but doable. You really do work up a sweat! Very good instructor and model.

Just what I needed this morning! If you have a short time but still want to raise your heart rate, this is a good choice. I was never pushed to the point where I was completely winded, but still got some good toning in with good flow too.

This fast-paced class hit all parts of the body! Core, arms, legs, and heart (cardio!). Highly recommend if you are looking for a class to get a total-body workout and want to sweat!

I loved this class. I liked the fast-paced flow and the cardio intervals. There were a few times when I struggled to keep up and that will motivate me to keep coming back to this practice!

Just because this one doesn t require weights doesn t mean you won t get sweaty - great pace and circuit flow. Nice quick and fun workout.

Don t do this class if you are not fully digested. The entire class is in a forward fold, on the belly or facing down. There is no place for weights in this class either. You only use your body weight. It is an efficient class with a good warm up stretch, a good cool down stretch and it does get your heart rate up. Overall, though, not my top choice for a class for strength and cardio.

This was my first yoga download class. It was a fast 30 minutes of vinyasa and flow. It definitely had my heart rate up and a great way to start the morning.

Exactly what it says it is. A fast vinyasa flow that serves as a great warm-up. Can do your own cooling postures at the end to augment the class.

Love this class!! It is short, but very intense. As promised, you will need a towel. Kristin does a fantastic job of incorporating heart pumping flows and short bursts of interval training. I use this class as my Sunday morning workout as the rest of my week is split between cardio and yoga. I love that my butt and legs really feel like they got a workout by the end of the class. The spider squats are killer!! Kristin is definitely an instructor I come back to again and again:-) Namaste

Got you flowing in a nice sequence, and got you sweating by introducing intervals. As promised! Will use in 2016 to get heart rate up and lose some weight.

This class was good, not my normal yoga class. As the instructor said, this is to supplement your yoga practice and should be used to strengthen for a regular practice. I normally do yoga and HiiT workouts, and I feel this sort of combined both. Good idea! Thank you.

Great class! But for some reason yoga download streaming DOESN T WORK. It s so frustrating when you in the moment and it freezes on you again and again. So I end up having to download it. This isn t the only class - it s every class on yoga download.com and it s not my connection because I can watch netflix no problem - it s such ashamed because there are so many great instructors on here

This is one of my favorite classes so far. It is a great workout when I do not have very much time. It is especially great for the legs; you ll feel it! I am not advanced in my yoga practice but this is still suitable for my level.

Wow, short, intense workout! Thank you! I think it would also be an excellent class for cyclists as there are squats, ski squats and one legged squats; thus helping with plyometric power and leg imbalances.

Good sculpt/pilates style class focusing on legs and butt (no direct abs series). Some good push ups and planks as well. Not as much cardio as i expected but heart rate definitely gets up there. Didn t try with weights as the speed was a little fast and cuing didn t give as much advanced warning as i was hoping, But now that i know the drill, weights would bring it up another notch. Nice yoga flow in between the squat series . Good overall sculpt class working up a good sweat. Would love a class like this with a 10 min abs series thrown in! Thanks!

I ve done lots of core focused yoga, but I m not used to integrated training circuits. It works. I love that the simple Sun 2 yoga sequence is woven between all the circuits, and the 36 minute time is a great way to start the day before work. It was a very sweaty class. Excellent!
