This is one of my favorite yoga classes, I enjoy this class morning or evening, and especially after a long flight. I have upper back, shoulder and neck issues and this helps all of those areas. Highly recommend!

I am in my 60 s and find I am seizing up. I have a nerve in my hip that causes my hip to sleep, itch, then pain. I sit too many hours working at my desk.
This class targets all the points I have issues with and helps release them. I do it about 2x weekly and also do other classes and functional weight training.
Great class to get at all the tight areas and then have a great night s sleep

This has been my absolute favorite wind down class for years. It gets just the right spots. holds the stretches just long enough. I have fallen asleep during the final stretch/shavasana more times than I can count. My YDL account has expired and I never downloaded this class. So, I am coming back to pay to download it so that I can have it forever!

There was great stretches but the relaxation wasn t there. Movements were quite quick for a bedtime stretch and i felt that the alternative poses were offered too late. The energy of the teacher was off for a bedtime stretch, I think they are probably great for a power yoga but there wasn t the calm I d expect for a bedtime yoga. I d reccomend this for a post workout but planks before bed isn t ideal to quieten the body.

Great balance of hip and shoulder/back stretches. Good sustained poses allow for a nice end of day release - appropriate for even after a few hours after a workout. Not as taxing as the other hip/leg post-workout classes but very nice way to wind down. Always enjoy Kylie s classes!

I have had this class on my to do list for weeks. WHAT was I waiting for. Revolved head to knee pose feels divine. Kylie s classes have become some of my all time favorites and this is no exception. I feel ready for bed and uplifted at the same time.

I tried this class 2 days after a half marathon that left my right leg VERY tight. Amazing! It was the right balance of relaxing and stretching that I needed. I think this class is friendly for all levels, and will make its way into my regular rotation.

I took this class as part of the 21 day challenge, and opted to use it as a post workout stretch in the morning. It was very calming and relaxing. As with all of Kylie s classes, clear cues and well sequenced. Any time you are looking for a floor based relaxation stretch, this would be a great class.

good solid practice. deep stretches. Good clear instructions. I had no issues following Kylie s prompts and next steps. Extremely helpful with stretching the hips which i definitely need after trying to recover from and continue to recover from my back injury.
Will definitely add this to a regular to do

This is decent but not my favorite. I would do it again but prefer to stay on the ground for the unwind classes. There was some awkward positioning at times but also some creative adjustments to poses. Only need a mat, one blanket and two blocks but I used a bolster under my knees for savanna.

I really enjoyed this class and will be coming back to it soon! It s a slow stretchy flow that does a good job of hitting all the stops. Lots of floor work and juicy holds. My only complaint is that I wish there were a longer version of the class available! Highly recommended!

Wow. I felt that one! In the best way possible. I slouch at a desk all day and end most days with a head ache that I feel starting in my neck. Each pose in this was easy to get into but I could feel it deeply in every nook and cranny. If you have tight hips, shoulders, and neck this video is for you!
