This was a good one! I wore ankle weights & used 3 lbs dumbbells during this class and the added weight definitely got my heart rate up even more. I was sweating by the end! A great combo of flow, legs burning, core (as long as you re being mindful & keeping it engaged), upper body & a few cardio bursts. A little extra time for stretching and rest at the end! Highly recommend. Use some light weights to challenge yourself even more.

Really great class. If you are short on time then get ready to move. This class works everything. You will get the cardio,leg/butt work, core and stretching. One of the best quick classes I have found.

This class gives you nice interval work but doesn t lose the yoga. Kristen cues perfectly and is easy to follow. Will do this one again on those before work mornings.

I like the class as a cardio-yoga workout. But it s badly shot. You can t see postures and exercises from different angles. Given that it moves fast and is high intensity, I am concerned that if I do something wrong I ll hurt myself. It would be great if they can add views of the postures from more than one angle.

Great hotel room workout! I was looking for a great cardio/yoga routine for my hotel room where I had no equipment at all (not even a yoga mat- just a towel). This is a great 30 minute practice that is challenging but also provides great stretches.

That definitely hit the spot! I usually opt for a 30 minute class. At the end of this class I feel centred, stretched out and got some well distributed toning work at the same time. Kristin s classes are exactly what I look for to start my mornings.

Terrific class. Exactly what was promised. No mention of hand weights or opportunity to use them but you didn t really miss that. Same technical issues all these videos have but that has nothing to do with the quality of the instruction.

Enjoyed this class! Only complaint would be that there was no indication when hand weights might be used. Model doesn t use hand weights and there was no mention of them at all.

Kristin seems like a very clear and centered teacher. Her cues were easy to follow when I was in a pose where I couldn t see the screen. I ll definitely be taking more of her classes.

This is a great, quick and intense workout using just your body weight. I love how she incorporates stretches into the workout itself, especially during the core work at the end!
