Missed this class yesterday but something told me to practice it today. So glad I did. Wonderful movement and even better explanation of Sankalpa. Loved it!

Lots of good stretches and twists in this one. It was a little fast for me In a few spots, but that did get the heart rate up.

Came back to this one today. The bow warrior 2 still makes me feel strong and powerful and "ready." Really love it. It s a nice quick pace too, which is great for a quick lunch yoga break or really any time you want a challenge, but don t have an hour to burn.

An enjoyable class including twists, warrior 1, side plank & eagle. I found it more of a two perspiration than three, and more advanced beginner than intermediate. I d definitely do it again, on a morning when I m not feeling super energetic but want an interesting flow.

wonderful flow. the bow warrior ii made me feel powerful and strong. i got a decent amount of sweat worked up in these 30 minuyes, but never felt rushed. now i feel stretched and calm. thank you for this wonderful flow. i will return to it on days i need a full flow in half the time.

This is a class I just keep coming back to. I actually love the final flow Kristen builds to so much I tend to pause the video to repeat it a few more times through on my own! Also love that I can do that kind of thingg on yoga download - I wouldn t be able to say "hang on, please, I need a little more of that!" in a live class! :)

Absolutely loved this class. I found it when searching for "Morning Yoga" classes that were 30 minutes. This was a great wake up class - gets you moving right away. Awesome stretch. Would do any time that I am looking for a 30 minute class that gets your whole body involved. Kristen cues very clearly and is an effective instructor.

I love this class. Great guidance for setting intentions and grounding. Good, warming flow to build heat, and a nice finish with longer holds and stretches. Includes savansa at the end.

GREAT. Love the different poses she incorporates. I didn t have any trouble following her cues without looking at the screen. She is really good with explaining which leg/arm goes where. LOVED IT! Will do this regularly.

Really loved this flow, but as what an another reviewer said, don t do this 1st thing in the morning. I did, and while I did ok, I think it would be better after moving around a bit. I really like Kristin and have almost done all her classes.

This class came up in a morning class search. It was too much for me in the morning. I would like it more as a post-coffee or afternoon flow. That said, it is a creative flow that Kristen teaches joyfully. There are a number of awkward, yet fun, transitions that kept my brain and body excited.

Very good class.
Nice warm up, modified crescent lunges, half-splits, Warrior 1 & 2, nifty "draw the bow" variation, chair pose, twisted crescent lunge, and good pigeon poses and supine twists at the end. Nice heat building flow, then stretches at the end.
As others have mentioned, this flow moves quickly. The cueing does not happen with every transition, so you ll have to watch the screen a bit until you know the routine.
I really liked this creative flow that warmed my blood, changed up the usual traditional routine, and had inspiring yet not-too-talky dialogue. And it is just about 30 minutes - quick and to the point!
Definitely try this one. I ll be trying more from this instructor!

This is a fun flow. It moves quickly, but they are all basic poses. I do agree with a couple other users that this is pretty hard to follow along with. I imagine it ll be easier the more you do it as you know the flow better.

This was a very unique flow and a timeless message perfect for just about any moment of our lives. Physically, I found it challenging enough to create heat, provide a balance of strength and stretch, and leave me feeling invigorated and tingly at the end - all in just over 30 minutes. I love Kristen s way of sending home a message authentically without too much repetition or "fluff". She s the real deal and I love her classes. Thank you, Kristen!
