When I saw the words "75 minutes" and "Mandara," I almost run away, but I decided to give a try because I had found Rob s class was quite good last time as I took one of his classes. Wow, this class is amazing and actually perfect for my aging body (60 now). The instructions were clear and take enough time to understand what I am going to do, so I didn t get confused even in Mandara. I also found that I felt as if the 75 minutes was just 30 minutes! I feel so good. Thank you.

This class was AMAZING!!! I loved the movement from front to back (half mandala and full mandala). I also loved challenging myself with the 8 angle pose. Loved the pace and moments to hold space. Thank you, Rob!

I love Rob Loud classes and am continuously bummed that there aren t more. He s so good at cueing (letting you know when a change is coming, telling you where you re going before you go there -- so helpful!) and his flows build so wonderfully gradually that you think "I ll never get there" but you get so much deeper than expected.
Anyway, fantastic class. If you haven t taken his other classes, please do. You will not be disappointed by a single one.

Excellent class with precise instructions. I took it on a day when I was quite sore around one hip - if you take this class with care for yourself it s very good for stretching the external musculature connecting into the pelvic area (glutes , quads, soas ) The focus is more on flexibility, strength and balance than cardiac challenge.

Excellent class but some of the poses were a bit too challenging for me! That being said, I like a good challenge and Rob provided a lot of good options.

This class was really great. It never felt rushed, I built up some nice heat, and I got into poses I haven’t previously been able to. I really enjoy Rob’s style.

This was an amazing class that left my body feeling great and my spirit feeling balanced. The sequence was engaging and easy to follow. I also really appreciated the cues for alignment in the postures which were so spot on and so helpful. Thanks for a great class!

I Laugh out Magnificently out Rob Loud with this class. In fact, I was opting to NOT to a certain pose (a quad stretch) til he gave us some wisdom: "Aday without a quad stretch is a day without sunshine" and lo and behold, I went for it and total rays on me. So much fun was the sequencing, his specific queuing and ability to keep your mind on the mat and learn more about yourself. Very cool riff! Thanks!

I love this class: balanced, challenging, but well paced, the time flies by. One of my top 5 from Yoga Download.

Another fantastic class from Rob. His cues are like a graduate class in yoga anatomy. First time through, as usual for Rob s classes, I found myself places I would have never thought I could go (triceps to sole of foot, thumbs to sternum ... Yeah right ...) and other things that point out how much more room for growth there is. Along with a path to get there. As for ashtavakrasana - now I see why Rob always emphasizes core strength! Nice job Bridget, you made it look easy (sort of). I ll meet you there soon - but first need to get my butt off the ground :-/ .

Excellent flow. Rob s words are always calm, encouraging and thoughtful. I couldn t do the challenging pose in the middle but it didn t matter, still had a great workout.

What a beautiful flow! It really added another dimension to be able to address the four directions. A solid workout and core section, plus standing figure four with prayer twist, heron pose, and eight angle pose. Rob s cueing is so good you don t even need to look at the screen.

This is my first Rob Loud class, it was great! I loved his sequencing, I was really able to get lost in the flow and just be in my body. What a great opening to the day, and all leading up to one of my all time favorite poses! Highly recommended!

Great class! Slow start with gradual progression working towards 8 star pose. Great hip and shoulder opening so that you can reach that pose. Great cueing and love that Rob always includes abs or core work.

Love this class~lots of mindful movement with plenty of instructional cues.

All of Robs classes are great but this one is probably my favorite. He makes it fun and this class is sweaty and stretchy. I still can t get into 8 limb pose but there is so much great yoga in this sequence that it doesn t matter. Please post more of Rob s videos....he s fantastic!!

Another fun class by Rob. Good warmup, clear instruction, progressive, with a peak pose. I appreciate the variety of pose within the flow. Rob is always trying to mix it up and it shows. Another one for my library.
