Great class but the "Yes and No" story becomes annoying after a while, especially if you want to replay it.
Can I do this class without the hot temperature that goes with it ?? Thanks

Thank you Sunny! Yes you can practice this series without heat as well. At our studios this is typically done in a room heated to about 90 degrees. However, if you are practicing in an unheated room you may still find yourself plenty warmed up as you explore your edges. Enjoy and let me know how you like it after several sessions. Peace. Patrick

I loved this class! It was a twist on the hot series (think Bikram style) but with nice variations and inclusions like Downward Dog. Patrick did talk about the dharma of yes and no, but I found this energized me to hold in the longer poses. I can t believe how quickly the 75 minutes went. Looking forward to trying another of his classes.
Loved the moves, flow, and the Dharma topic. However, the dharma was too much for me to enjoy the moment. Thanks!
That was amazing! I feel great. It was a different style than im used to and not a lot of flow but that only allowed me to focus more deeoply on each posture and focus on present rather than next move in flow series. Normally, i never have time for a 75 minute class. So glad i said YES. Namate Patrick
I ve been practicing yoga for a year. This class was challenging but very doable for me. A slow but very strong class. Patrick has a great voice and his cuing is great.
This was a nice change of pace. It isn t the typical flowy class that I m used to - but some days sun salutes are just a bore. This practice is slower and mindful - full spectrum. I like not feeling rushed and it really does work your whole body. I left the mat feeling just fantastic!!
This is my first class with Patrick. Great clear instruction and longer holds than normal. Challenging for all levels as described. This class comes with a message but doesn t seem to detract as some do. Though the class has a flow it is less about repetitive flow. Pace of the class is steady but not rushed. Class length is great, 75 minutes is getting closer to my liking. Likely to go into my library. I look forward to doing of Patrick s classes.
