This is a perfect class in several ways. It s great when I ve been on hiatus for whatever reason (illness, crazy busy, not feeling up to it, or simply...lazy!), for those days that I just need to quietly move into my day without a lot of challenges, and wonderful for beginners!! It s just a great all around class! Ben s easy, calm voice and instruction make it seem like smooth water. Thank you!

Simple and nothing fancy, but easy to follow. As the title indicates, this class is a flow with basic poses such as warrior 2. I like the side bends because a class have no side bend very often. Thank you.

Really nice! It started slow, and I thought it would be more like a gentle yoga class. But it ramped up a little bit to a good, basic flow. Great for days when I m short on time.

Perfect pacing for me on a nice flow of moves. Clear instructions made it easy to follow along even when I wasn t looking the screen. This would be a great quick class to start the day with some stretches to open up the joints and some strength moves to energize the body.

Enjoyed this easy, basic flow and concentrated on moving from pose to pose. Just as described, a great twist and stretch practice. Ben s direction and clear cues was a great way to add another practice in day 6 of the 23 Day Challenge.

Ben is one of my favorite go-to teachers on this platform. I love all the classes in this series and this one was no exception. It s simple and challenging- no reinventing the wheel. Just using the ancient postures, moving with reverence, and finding the fire in each one. Love it!

Very similar to the flow Ben does in the Quick Full Body Flow and my reaction to the class is similar. This could just as well have been an audio class as Ben does not engage with the practitioners. That said, instructions are very clear and breathing cues consistent.

Good quick class for shoulders and back! Less emphasis on hips, FYI. Nice starting flow with forward fold/mountain warm up. Then some gentle twists for shoulders & back. Then a warrior flow, which does include some hip opening like a lunge and warrior 2. Then some seated spine twists, and tabletop. Ben keeps a nice pace that is easy to follow.

This flow class is my favourite so far on this website. I like the way Ben uses the breath with realistic timing. His descriptions are clear and I rarely need to look at the screen. It all flows so beautifully. I also enjoy the namaste at the end and not just drifting off at shavasana as others often do. Thanks Ben from Kate (Tasmania, Australia).

I think this will be one of my favorite go-to ~30 minute classes. We get a lot done in this time frame, with a nicely-flowing, let s-get-down-to-business practice.
I used to think I "had" to do 60 minute classes, and found that I often wasn t getting on the mat at all because I didn t have that 60 minutes. I finally figured out that it s better to do a 30 minute class (duh!) rather than no class at all.
Since this "awakening," I ve gotten on the mat every day - be it a long or shorter session. We ll see how long I can keep this daily commitment going. (No pressure though, right?!)
I m so glad that I ve found yoga! Thanks, Ben, for a class that I really enjoy and will come back to often, for a half-hour well spent!.

I love this flow first thing in the morning. Plenty of time to get warmed up, and Ben gets right to it without any excess chatter, allowing me to focus on my movement and breath.

A really enjoyable class. It was the perfect length and the perfect amount of heat for me. No gimmicks or props needed, just good old-fashioned yoga.
Ben s breath cues and instructions were great and as the video isn t labelled as morning or evening yoga I can use this video at any time.
I look forward to more videos like this one. Please make more 30 minute flows like this one as it was great :-)
