This was just what I was looking for today and as usual, Celeste doesn t let you down. The class went by quickly and she incorporates a little bit of many poses so you get a good taste and variety! Just love her classes and will continue to do more.

Swordfish was not happening today, lol. But this was a REALLY fun class. There are plenty of modifications and options available to you, and if you are an advanced beginner or intermediate student, you will know them. Take them as needed. I was expecting a lot more wild stuff based on so,e of these reviews, but most of this flow is straightforward and assessable for an intermediate/advanced student with a fair bit of practice and flexibility.

Perfectly fit my needs- I had already warmed up/ cardio workout and needed a quick asana practice to feel complete. Thus practice was fun, loved the cadence and queuing and it fit in my limited time window. I’m an advanced practitioner so just modified as needed. Thank you! ??

I loved this class and the way Celeste has a unique and novel way of getting into poses. It makes the class interesting and fun. She is always joyful. It definitely is challenging... It was difficult to start with a big stretch on my leg without a warm up but it was doable. I always enjoy Celeste s classes and she always gives me something to strive for.

Amazing class. Even when it is challenging, Celest keeps you going with her cheery disposition. Others who gave a low rating to the class must not have read the description...

Love this class! Challenging which is just what I needed, and I loved all the backbends! Thanks Celeste!

Carine again: did this class again and still very lovely. Also; no music!!! ...... which already has a very calming effect on me (might not be the same for everyone).

Age of Aquarius magic here ~ The body & spirit sure enjoyed this fun and beautiful class by a well-spoken and spunky teacher. Thank you Celeste as I found this on a solo Saturday night after breaking out of a funk and making space to have fun on the mat.
I feel SO ALIVE after your sequence here and the gorgeous atmosphere of your class (space age-hence the Age of Aquarius reference) that I am not even hungry yet for dinner--I want to do more Asana!
Namaste and Thank You

Loved it! Thanks for a fun, creative flow.

I consider myself maybe an intermediate-beginner and I was able to modify a few poses and successfully complete this class. Celeste is so much fun and all of her classes make a great start to my morning!

I love this class! It s the perfect "it s 4:30am and baby is asleep so I have 30 minutes to myself" yoga class. You jump right in, which I love. This class is challenging and thoughtful; a wonderful benchmark for some advanced poses that I hadn t visited since having a baby. Thanks Celeste! I really love your classes!

There needed to be more of a warm up.It felt unsafe without one.
By Sarah Ethier-Sawyer | Wednesday, January 9, 2019
This is just what it says: a fun flow! I loved it even though I had a hard time with some poses. Beautiful and challenging!

Really enjoyed this class, diversity of poses and instructors cheery attitude. Thank you for a great class!

Love Celest! She is accessible for all levels, motivational and absolutely beams with positivity. Even if I can t yet do the pose she always makes me feel like I can which motivates me to work harder toward getting it.

This was very fun. And true, it is an advanced intermediate type flow. Loved the standing poses at the beginning.

You can t not love Celeste :) Best happy personality, she always puts a smile on my face. I was a little nervous that this class would be too difficult (I m def not advanced), but there is a good amount of cuing and enough explanation that you re not left twisted up and confused. Don t be afraid of this one. It s easy to modify if you re like me and your last arm balance was in 2nd grade ;) One day I ll get those legs up again...
By sandie | Thursday, January 3, 2019
This class is accurately named - 30 minutes of moving your body in a fun way. I always enjoy Celest’s lighthearted approach, and I find that even when more advanced postures are included, she does it in such a way that I’m excited about the possibility of someday achieving full expression. Loved it!

I really enjoyed this class! It is exactly what Celest promises so it is pretty fast paced and had some poses that were too advanced for me. I found it a good challenge though and was able to keep up with some modifications. She does offer modifications at the end during the backbending series. Thanks!
By LuluRose | Thursday, January 3, 2019
I really enjoyed this - it s a little more advanced than I am at the moment but I just held back off doing a couple of the poses. Celest is fun and I like how she calls a bum a bum.
By giada_c | Thursday, January 3, 2019
I really like this class, an its challenges. I think, for me, it s best to do some warm up before and then do the class so I can get into the poses more easily.
Thanks for sharing.

I love her. This class was more pretzel-y than I typically like but I really love Celest and her personality.

Did not enjoy this class.
By Shan | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Love this teacher ... but did not love this class. Too much in too little time.
By Arien | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Fun, doable with modifications. I subbed bridge for full wheel. The first half of the class is more flow based, while the second half focuses on a few peak poses.
By Laura A | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Oh, this was fun! I was wobbly and modified a few of the poses, but I look forward to doing this one over and over. Celest has a really nice way of cueing.
By SJ | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Very fun! Couldn t do everything, but love the challenge of arm balances and free-feeling wild things.
By AnneO | Thursday, January 3, 2019
I am an early intermediate practitioner so I had to modify many of the more challenging poses ie no arm balances or shoulder stands for me. Despite my modifications this was still a doable class and I enjoyed it very much as part of the YDL 30 day challenge.
By Jo | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Did as part of YDL 30 day 30 minute challenge, I have done this class before. Celest is her usual perky self, it is a fun class, I just love her attitude, her voice and her teaching style. The class is a little too advanced for me, but modified it, squats instead of crow, bridge instead of wheel. Nice ohhhhmmm at end.
By Linda Busby | Thursday, January 3, 2019
I have been doing yoga for years and this was too advanced for me. Unless you are advanced and can balance extremely well don t do this one.
By Marianne PEARCE | Thursday, January 3, 2019
Great class .feeling so stretched out after:)
By Maya Sims | Thursday, January 3, 2019
I really liked the class. I m not a beginner but not quite intermediate. Would be nice if some of the back bend modifications were given before showing the harder poses. I have some back issues so harder poses weren t an option today but was a little lost on what I could do as modification at 1st. The modification was given after.
Otherwise great class really got a good stretch and I think if I keep working at it I will get strong enough for more difficult poses. Thank you Celeste.

Always enjoy Celeste s energy; so nice for morning yoga. Liked having that energy but with less patter in this class.
By nessiecakes | Friday, June 22, 2018
Celeste is an incredible teacher, but be aware, this is a more advanced class with a lot of tricky poses and back bends! Great class to work towards.
By Leigh | Friday, June 22, 2018
Love all your classes! This was fantastic way to start a fun Friday! Thanks!

Thank you Celeste for your unique flow and ever positive and bubbly vibe. I would love to have a longer intermediate flow from you; some of yours are a little too advanced for me, but I love your style! :)
By Kim | Saturday, February 3, 2018
Loved the class! Challenging and Celest was positive and encouraging giving you lots of options! I feel great and ready for my day!
By Melissa | Sunday, October 8, 2017
I love your energy and style but I think more warm up before back bends is safer. I was also expecting more flow and less talking as description mentioned. Please add prop to the prop description. I wasn’t prepared to need my block. Thanks!

One of my favorite teachers--love her positive and sunny style! This was different and fun and definitely a bit of a stretch (ha ha) for me. I did have to add a little happy baby stretch before the relaxation pose to get my back to relax and settle down.
By Shannon | Friday, July 7, 2017
If you would like to practice backbends during a relaxed and playful practice, this is the class for you! Celest, you always inspire me with your positive energy and creative flows. Thanks for another wonderful session!

I really enjoyed it! It was fun thanks!
By Geri | Sunday, June 25, 2017
OK so there were many of the poses I couldn t do but I expected this from the description. Despite that I really enjoyed the class and always love Celeste s enthusiasm. I took the restorative options were offered and tried some of the new poses, e.g. swordfish. Not sure that my arms are long enough to ever put my peace fingers round my toes and extend, but hey, we re all different! Thank you.

A few poses were too challenging for me, but I like that this class got my breath moving and my blood flowing.
By Carb Nazi | Friday, June 23, 2017
This was a nice, slow, fun flow. It s not your typical warrior 2, reverse, side angle, triangle flow. She uses some unique transitions, making you be fully present and not able to rely on your muscle memory to follow along. She didn t flow through a short series 3 times, but instead did 1 long balancing flow. I got plenty of sweat moving. For a faster workout, download & run it through at a higher speed. For a longer workout, pause or rewind the video to do the main flow 2 more times. Our practice is what we make of it. Celest helps me make mine better!
By Leah Swindon | Thursday, June 1, 2017
So good! I loved the flow..lots of strength, balance and flexibility. Next time I might pause the video so I can go through the full flow twice. Thank you Celeste!

Not a flow but was enjoyable and relevant to what i needed on this rainy Monday. Namaste
By Heather Burton | Saturday, May 27, 2017
Not a flow class. From the description I was expecting a flow class with little talking but the initial flow doesn t flow well and doesn t warm you up. Then it enters backbends and shoulder stand. And lots of talking. I like her personality but the description and stylenof class should be recatagorized
By kristen | Thursday, May 25, 2017
Excellent class!
By sandie | Thursday, May 25, 2017
So much fun! If you re looking for a typical vinyasa flow, this isn t it, but if you re up for something a little different, try this class. It starts with a non-traditional standing/balance series (which includes both flying pigeon and one-leg side plank) and then you move to the floor for an extended series of backbends. I would say I m intermediate, not advanced, but I was engaged and grinning the whole time, and I feel completely energized. Thank you Celeste!

I love her happy relaxed coaching but i was looking for a impel heat building flow and this wasn t it. An awkward flow and then series of backbends and shoulder stands.
