Wonderful flow. I had to put my toes down for that slicing action, but I ll return to this to help build my ab/core strength. It was really targeted without being over the top.

I really enjoyed this class! It was a good workout for the amount of time it was. It was a nice fusion of yoga and pilates.

Just the perfect combo of flow and core strengthening. Felt like she anticipated the way my body wanted to move next, balancing the front and back of the body, strength with stretch. Cueing was perfect. Afterwards my body feels strong and lengthened.

I usually don t do the beginner classes as I like a challenge but with this 14 day challenge I m enjoying these classes. Slow, well cued with nice warmup flow followed by challenging core exercises and good stretching. I will come back to this class.

Day 6 challenge: First did this class 2 years ago. Felt strong today, nice warming up in the beginning and good core poses. Consecutive days of this challenge is having results.

Great class! This was perfect for a day when I was a little stiff with a sore knee and calf muscle, but still wanted a workout. A longer session might ve caused injury, but this was shorter and both gentle AND rigorous. Perfect!

Loved this workout! Very doable for someone weaker in the core, like me. Some of the core workouts are difficult and you have to build up to them. Not this one. Excited that I was able to complete it!!

I never held a pose so long I questioned, how much longer? No pain from too many reps, holding too long. None of that pain to bring you out of the moment.
That said, I sweated quite a bit, and my core was sore, but not killing me and I left the class feeling energized with the pleasure of knowing I d worked, but not killed myself.
Loved it, all 5 stars.

Very clear teaching and great, challenging for me, sequence. I had to modify a few because I really do need to work on core strength. I would have given it 5 stars if one of the models had done more beginner modifications while the other did the advanced instead of both just doing the hardest versions. A few times she mentioned easier versions, but they didn t show them and I had to make something up. It had a nice warm up section; she didn t jump into the hard work too quickly, which I appreciated. If you have time, you might want to pause as she goes into savasana for a few more cooling stretches of your choice. I will definitely do this one again!
