Nice intro to the classic form of hot yoga. Its an easier class, than the "traditional," form also listed. Cues clear. A good workout if you have practiced before but also the right one if you are new to this form of practice. Great job
Very close to the hot yoga I have done in Perth, Western Australia. I really liked the pace of the lesson and will keep this one as a regular with the current covid confinment in place. The meditation at the end is excellent - First of the lessons on this site where they have really worked for me. Well done :-)
Great class. My first time doing classic hot and the cueing was superb. Easy to follow, challenging at times, and the 90 minutes flew by. Perfect evening practice..
Hi ! I really enjoy this video !!! my only concern: please invert right / left.... as on the video, we see the right leg instead of the left and vice versa ;-) But, this is a minor thing

I don’t know what this was but it is not a 26*2 All 26 postures were used but some only done once. Many postures timings are shorter. So if you’re looking for a Bikram or 26*2. This is not it. The one called traditional hot yoga is the Bikram or 26*2 you are looking for
I really enjoyed this class. Very calming and relaxing.
