Excellent class: both mindful and vigorous fire cultivation. Jackie offers great cues with a soothing voice. This one is especially good for anyone wanting to work on standing balance poses.

Something about the way Jackie gets you in sync with her flow is amazing. She guides you so easily into trying all the twists and movements.

Every single one of Jackie s classes are amazing and this is another fantastic one. It was challenging but (mostly) accessible - some arm balances were out of my reach but I m going to keep trying!

My new Favorite Class! (but I say that every time I do one of Jackie s classes). Especially ones where one legged mountain is the resting pose LOL. I love that you teach the flow slowly then repeat it several times, so we know where we are going. I will keep doing this one.

Wrapping up the New Year challenge and loved this flow. Added to favorites to revisit. Doable even if arm balancing is not yet in your practice.

Whenever I am in doubt as to what yoga I need on a particular day I just choose one of your classes Jackie :))
They all have that certain something in them that hits the spot!
This class certainly got a sweat up but was so enjoyable and fun. Especially trying (and trying and trying)an arm balance that i hadnt tried before in Grasshopper.
I would recommend this class.

Great class! I love the progression, add ons, length of holds are challenging. I found the class preparing for the peak pose though I still have yet to attain them. Great hip openers and stretching at the end of the class. All around wonderful class!

This felt complete. I liked the balancing sequences and enjoyed the arm balances (although I can t do grasshopper yet). The flow was well balanced with the stretching. I will be doing this again. Thanks for sharing this practice.

I ve done this class for some years but never wrote a review. But this is such an excellent class, long flow, great strength building, and I always feel excellent at the end. Thank you Jackie for so many great classes.

I always enjoy Jackie s classes. I would have loved a little bit more heat building in the beginning but this class certainly gives me something to work toward with dragonfly pose and side crow! I have bad wrists, which consistent yoga seems to slowly be fixing for me, so I will continue to come back to this practice to work towards these arm balances!

Once again Jackie has brought an intense, yet meaningful class to my practice. I loved the challenge this provided me, to really go out and put for the effort in some of the poses I always backed away from. Although still challenging, and not quite reaching all of them, I had a sense of pride in trying and was able to hold a pose that I never imagined I could do. I highly recommend those like me, who are a little apprehensive in trying a more advanced class, to give this a try.

I found this class very accessible to intermediate practitioners, although I won t be getting into Side Crow or Firefly any time soon. I still got a great workout while learning how to prepare for the more challenging poses. As always with Jackie s classes, this was a creative flow that complemented the theme nicely (in this case, balance and the journey to get there). I will look forward to practicing this one again and again.

A great Vinyasa flow class. The pace is good, easy to follow while still challenging your body and practice. Definitely recommend if you re intermediate/advanced and need to sweat!

Another enjoyable class from Jackie. Clear instruction makes the transitions seamless. Great flow, loved the smooth transitions, balancing and progressive nature of the poses. Another one for my library, among all of the other classes by Jackie. Keep them coming Jackie!

Wheat a great class! Just did it for the 2nd time. Love this dancing flow, one of the most fluid I ve done -- followed by some very challenging poses. Great de-stresser.

Excellent class! There are quite a few twists, which I love. I also appreciate the many side bends. Yes, the dragonfly pose is challenging, but it is just a few moments of an hour long class, and this should not prevent you attempting or enjoying this lovely sequence.

Hi Jacqui I really loved this class. I took my time and just got lost in the flow. I loved your variation of fire fly.
I am wondering if the main music that was played during the flow is available either on yoga download or somewhere else?

Very well sequenced class. I added a few donkey kicks and handstands to the warm-up to get nice and ready. The vinyasa flow works into the hips and hamstrings with reverse half-moon and figure 4 squats. This culminates into side-crow and dragonfly as well as dancer. Good side body stretching and your nice and warm for the firelog pose at the end. This is one you can practice over and over.

This class was challenging in all the right ways. I am not yet able to access much of side crow or dragonfly, but I know by doing this practice more often I can get there. Jackie offered appropriate modifications for me so I didn t feel like I was watching and waiting for those poses to end. As always, Jackie has a creative flow that allows you to warm up and build heat. Great class!

Another terrific class from Jackie - although I would recommend that you bring a towel! Lots of challenging poses in an always changing, always interesting flow. Jackie s cues and encouragement kept it all fun and I was left with a blissful sense of satisfaction for a challenge well met.
