Such a great, mindful flow. The breath to movement portion is truly breath to movement. Not too fast, not too slow. It gets me out of my head without being super over exerted. I worked up a gentle sweat and then was brought down for a lovely stretch and twist. So good for days when you re short on time and energy.

Good short class, just one thing I don t understand about this and some other YogaDownload classes: why have a very slow first flow, slower than thorough instructions require, and then repeat it at warp speed? I m sorry, but it s jarring. Other than that, great sequence of poses.

I love all of Jackie’s classes, but this one is the best. She hits all the points I want to start my day — salutations, core, a little balance — and gets the blood flowing and the sweat shining. I practically know it by heart from doing it so often. Thank you, Jackie

Was trying to find a beginner s class that had lots of flow and not a lot of holding...was unsuccessful. Found this intermediate class and enjoyed it thoroughly. I get bored holding the poses and also don t have the core strength to do so, so I found this busy flow class is perfect and can be adjusted to meet beginners in their practice. Liked the instructor s positive affirmations throughout and reminders to breathe.

I really enjoyed this class. I have been having a hard time finding a faster-paced vinyasa flow on here without a ton of holds and talking without it being a fusion class. Not all of us need a ton of instruction and want to just move with breath. Thank you for this. So far this is the only class I have truly enjoyed since signing up!!!

Another great class from Jackie! This one packs a lot into 30 minutes including some flow, balance and a couple of flow poses at the end. The transitions are fast to get it all done, but the cues are perfect.

Wow. That was jam packed. 5 stars. For a short little practice, we flowed, we did standing balance, arm balance, a little bit of abs, and lots of twisting. Excellent beginning to my Monday.

To me, as a beginner that needs some challenging to build on my practice, the pace was perfect. However, the crow pose did look intimidating to me. I look forward to the day I manage to do it. I just added this to my favorite classes.

Excellent, quick (30 minute) routine to wake up your body and start the day. I woke up with very crabby and tight muscles. Now I can easily move through my day. The flow goes quickly. There is a standing part (two different flows, three times through each) and a seated/mat part. It worked all the muscles I needed to stretch this morning.

Short, sweet and satisfying. Everything is here: sun salutations, warriors, twists, stretches, balance and core, ending up in savasana. Jackie s classes always remind me why I want and need yoga in my life, even if I ve only 30 minutes!

This was absolutely the perfect morning (would be good in the down period of the afternoon as well) flow for those times I "don t really have time" for yoga. The sequence, the balance between effort and ease and the message were exactly what I needed today. Thank you Jackie. This will be one of my regular sessions because I can always find 30 minutes.

This class was great! I love how how complete it felt in only a half hour.
One of my favorite things about all of Jackie s classes, and this one was no exception, is the way she cues the breathing. I feel like I really understand the breath-to-movement in her classes, and it feels challenging and relaxing and wonderful.

Enjoyed this a lot. I like her flow, and the amount of time for holding a pose. That was balanced by the quick pace, though I was always a breath behind (have to work on my cardio perhaps). There is something very reassuring about her, be it her cuing, her message or simply her calm manner.

This was the first practice I was able to participate in since I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs and right leg. This was the perfect first class for me. I ve missed yoga very much and look forward to making it a regular part of my life again! Thank you, Jackie.

I did this class after a busy long day at work which was why I was drawn to it. I got out of work late and missed my yoga class and still uad a long list of things to do that evening (wrapping gifts, packing, dinner, dishes) and I was feeling overwhelmed. I took thirty minutes and did this class and I am so thankful I did. I felt that I got a good workout and I also felt refreshed , destressed, centered and I was ready to focus on my tasks in a calm and organized way. Thank you Jackie! Your flows always make me feel great!

This is one of my most favorite classes - the length is perfect when I have those days that have a never-ending to-do list, but still covers everything I look for in my longer practices. This is even great for the days I go running - I love to also use this as a good way to engage my muscles and stretch them out. Jackie, you always bring so many wonderful classes into my practice. A-MA-A-Z-I-N-G! Jackie knocked it out of the park with this one!
Only 30 minutes but you get everything you need to start your busy day with a limber body, an uncluttered mind, and a grounded sense of being. Bring the chaos, I ll be smiling to greet it!
This starts with grounding and centering, moves through 3 reps of Sun A, and then into a fantastic flow of crescent, twist, airplane, 1 legged mountain, reverse warrior, extended side angle, reverse triangle, and chatturanga.
There is a 2nd flow series which incorporates dancer. Each of these two flows starts with a slower initial flow to acquaint you with the flow before you move through it with your breath.
Ends with seated.lying stretches and sivasana.
This was the PERFECT START TO MY MORNING, with a time-sensitive flow that hit everything I needed yet didn t feel rushed or too short.
