This is another excellent class from Kaley. The flow was built gently and in a way that made total sense. I really enjoyed that and the fact that the class did not have any music. It s surprising how distracting the music can be in some of the other classes here on YDL, so it was a real treat to not have any music for this one.

Start with slow mindful movement and flow a fast pace. Taking balance in the movement was challenging for me, but this is fun and calming to let it go my ego. Thank you.

Kylie is a great teacher! Very calm voice, and encouraging attitude. This is a moderate class, not easy but not overly challenging in terms of the poses and level of effort. Really enjoyed this class.

I m going to agree with some recent reviewers that this class seemed a bit slow. I usually love Kylie s classes, but the first 30 minutes dragged. Once she got a more interesting flow going it picked up a bit. If you like music with your class, play some in the background because this class didn t have any.

Not my favorite class, just personal preference. It seemed to drag on for me, I couldn t believe it was only an hour. This probably had to do with the fact that balancing poses and dolphin were heavily involved, which are some of my least favorite poses.

Wonderful class, great sequencing and nice flow. I really liked how the theme was weaved throughout the class in the poses and sequences. After taking the class, I felt so much better and more free. I didn t give 5 stars because of 2 reasons: 1. She states during the forward fold after eagle arms NOT to twist open to the left after we twisted to the right. But, she never took us back to twist to the left. 2. At the end, after head to knee pose on the 2nd side, we did not mirror the 1st side by going into the side stretch. I felt a little off balance because of that but otherwise the class was very beautiful.

this was more for beginners and people who take a 2 or 3 count breath. i expect my breaths to be short when doing insanity or tabata workouts, but my yogic breaths are a 5 to 6 count & you don t get time for that here. the transitions to poses were awkward and there was no rhyme or reason as to why we were doing a pose and what its benefit was. ended more frustrated than when i began. not much of a yoga workout for me as it seemed to be for others, now i hafta find another one to do so im not so agitated

I cant say enough wonderful things about this yoga flow. Kylie is so clear and excellent in her explanations. I got a great workout but still feel amazing and full of energy. Thank you for this beautiful class. As good as it gets.... Namaste

Whatta class! As at least one other person pointed out, this seemed more like a "You ll Feel It" level. I sweated a lot over this hour. The poses were all accessible and the flow was challenging, but not impossible. Thank you!

Another great class from Kylie, great build on the flow and great creativity..loved the Shiva squat to half moon transition and surprisingly felt really good to come into half moon this way. Keep up the good classes Kylie

If this is an everyday namaste class for Kylie, I can´t imagine what a Bring a towel means to her... there was a point where I couldn´t open my eyes anymore from so much sweat! Too much for what I signed in today... If I was less exhausted I´d say it was a challenging but great class!

This class was awesome. Very much a flow class, but I never felt rushed. I was able to keep a deep, consistent breath, which is often impossible in other flow classes. I also like that Kylie ends with a few long stretches that also don t feel rushed. I know I will be doing this class again and again.

Beautiful class. It s a slow but deliberate and steady flow, and it definitely felt like I built a sense of freedom even in the poses that were more challenging for me. I definitely worked up a little sweat and will do this class again. Kylie s great as always!

I ve never written a review in 5 years of membership, but this is my favorite favorite. It included everything I wanted, and felt completely sensational. Perfect amount of flow vs. stretch, at just the right pace so you feel you re steadily working but not dying! I think I ll do it again tonight...:-)

This class is SENSATIONAL! Starting slowly and building to a steady flow allowed my body to warm up and get out the kinks. Then a long flow with lots of hip and shoulder stretching, balancing and twisting. GREAT for morning when stiff. Message of freedom woven in throughout made it even better. I call it my "Let Go Flow"! I feel totally free and clear-headed, strong and steady when I finish!

Wow. What a pleasure this class was to take. I am a therapist and have been feeling empathically clogged recently. This class left me feeling open, creative, and welcoming of the week to come.
I felt like this was a pretty good workout, and was actually preparing myself to be disappointed because the setting was "every day namaste" but I feel like this would fit well for anyone looking to work up a quick sweat.

This class is SUPER amazing! I m not sure how beautiful I looked doing this, but it is a beautiful flow and I certainly felt that way! Also a great challenge, and an inspirational message that can be used on and off the mat. Thanks, Kylie!!!
