Gentle and calming practice. Some of the movements in this class are unique and interesting, for example, joints release exercise. The breath work really helps me grounded and calm down. Very nice. Thank you.

This was a great way to end my day. It was very relaxing and I was able to stretch everything out that had tightened during the day. Elise is a great instructor and her voice is so calm and soothing. Namaste.

I m recovering from abdominal surgery and just got the ok to exercise; I m able to do all the poses in this class without issue. felt great afterwards! Used a foam roller instead of a blanket to roll my back and shoulders during the shoulder roll sequence. I also hate pigeon pose but have to admit the pelvis and hips feel fantastic afterwards, it s worth it. Would love to have more thigh and glute work in this class. Thank you! xo 3

I really love this class for morning yoga, my joints are so stiff when I get up and this really helps. The only thing I don t like is her pigeon pose is wayyy too long. I have no problem doing the pose, it s that after a while my leg starts to tingle from lack of blood circulation and I have to stop and wait for her to be done.

Love tge slow and gentle wake up for the joints and body. I appreciate and relish the slower classes because mt life runs so fast. Purposeful anf thoughtful movement and breathwork is replenishing. Thank you, Elise.

This is a nice way to wind down at night. Her classes are always so great. The cuing is super. I really liked the hip roll for pigeon and the hip roll/pushup warm up! My only comment is to make sure you have a former blanket for the shoulder stretch and to make sure you roll it wider than your mat!

This was a nice restorative class that left me feeling chilled out, peaceful, and in-tune with my body! The back/shoulder "massage" was divine, thank you for that! :) ps another user is right, it s so nice that there is no music to focus on, but now that I see there is a special Spotify playlist I will definitely try that out!

Another lovely class from Elise Fabricant. Thank you Elise. This is a wonderfully simple class with few postures and an emphasis on breathing, meditation and feeling calm and centred. I certainly do now. The mudra at the end was a great way to finish. I am increasingly finishing the value in these slower, meditative classes.

Perfect after a tiring few months of no exercise or yoga, when you re not sure you can actually handle a full flow class, but need to get back into the swing of things somehow :)
Well balanced, grounding, I feel calmer and more ready to tackle tomorrow. Elise s comforting voice and slow and precise instructions are wonderful, and allows for taking the class without having to constantly refer back to the computer screen (so helpful when you take your glasses off during practice!)
