I’ve only taken a few of Elise’s classes but she always adds a vigorous element in her gentle or restorative classes — odd. An otherwise nice relaxing practice.

Elise - I love your classes! I am currently training to be a yoga teacher and would like to deliver online content as well. I just wanted you to know that I selected your class as one of my observation classes - I love the combo of pranayama, asana, mudra, stretching, massage, and sharing yoga knowledge all in one class. Thank you for that much needed class - your energy, the playlist, the moves, flow and cues. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and have been recovering from a back injury and this class was so incredibly helpful for my mind, body and soul. Really enjoyed this class this morning. thank you so much - it has given me lots of inspiration as have been lacking in that recently. Have been practising yoga since a teenager and have been teaching it for a number of years, so was super pleased surprised to find new postures or variations that I hadn t come across before. Namaste

Elise s classes are my yoga "treat". I can count on Some great stretches, usually something new (like banana pose). I am glad I stayed with it until the end for the new to me mudra. Thank you, Elise.

The positive first: Loved the restorative butterfly pose. Felt great! Good routine. However, I’d suggest two main things: going slower and giving a warning and alternate ways to do poses at the beginning. I have scoliosis and the putting the knees together at the beginning and first two poses caused sharp lower back pain for me. Please include alternatives for those with issues.

Did this after a long day of work, as part of the Yoga Challenge but it has been on my wish list. Like all of the classes I take from Elise, it is going into my favorites! Very relaxing before bed. I recently got to know Elise at YDL retreat and she is as calming and caring as she appears in her videos. Her classes are always great!

I have been practicing yoga for the last 10 years in studio. I have traveled to Thailand and Laos to further my practice, awareness and meditation. You can say I’m a Yogi.
My husband and I recently had a baby and the struggle to maintain my practice has been real! After much prayer, I decided to try YogaDownload and I am hooked! It is the first time in 6 years my husband actually joins me in my yoga practice.
We did this class for the Two Week Challenge (Day 2). This class was great after a sleepless night with the little one! It helped me relax and get back to my breath. I feel more awake and ready to move through my day in freedom.
The foot rub was an added bonus! What a treat, I love Elisa’s energy and poise!

Thank you. I just did this before bed on Saturday night in front of a roaring fire with my dog sleeping nearby. It was very relaxing and very easy to follow. I will come back to this one again and again for relaxing.
