Best hip class ever. Mostly active hip / quad openers while still getting balance poses and twists and overall movement. Thanks Kylie!

Great class that offers a reset for runners, skiers, and all those with tight hamstrings.

This is one of my favorite classes. It’s challenging and each time I do this practice I discover something new.

Excellent class, it gave me a +9 stress change rating on my Garmin wearable after the class even though it was challenging. The suggested props were on point too for maximizing the stretches/poses. I will sleep great tonight. Had a lot more flow than I normally care for but it was so centrally focused on just a few parts of the body that it felt like I was getting benefit from the quicker transitions because of this rather than flowing through multiple body parts where you really don t feel much of a change.
I chose this class because my Hamstrings and Hips have always been the tightest areas of my body and I noticed fantastic results in a never-ending battle to get some semblance of results and/or progress.

Came back to this class for the stretch. It is fabulous the way Kylie bring everything together to get to the pinacle pose. Love the instruction at each step of the way.

I am naturally flexible and can easily do the splits but I love this class especially when I am feeling stressed or tired or havnt practiced in a while I know I can always come back to this wonderful class it s like my yoga safety blanket

I could not release the weight from my hands in Hanuman, even with a block. But I ve never gotten into pigeon pose so easily before. My lower body feels completely stretched out now.
By lainie | Thursday, January 13, 2022
Nice hip openers and stretches, slow with lots of time to get deeper into poses.
By KC White | Tuesday, January 11, 2022
Wooow, there are no words for how wonderful that was! I m going to feel this in the morning but I m so grateful. My legs feel amazing, I feel so light, and I did the final pose! YES! Thank you so much, Kylie. It was a real treat!

Another great class with Kylie
By Geri | Tuesday, January 11, 2022
I did this fabulous practice after a morning run. This really gets into the hips and hamstrings. I have to admit I was very sceptical about getting to Hanuman as I never have before, but WOW! I made it, albeit with a block under my calf as you demonstrated. Thanks Kylie!

This is a great approach to preparing for splits. I feel like if I do this class regularly I will be able to get into the split sooner than later. In the meantime, I just feel really stretched out, which is great after a morning of sitting at the computer. Thanks Kylie!
By Kathy | Tuesday, January 11, 2022
This was a great stretch! I am a runner and I am naturally tight in the hips and hamstrings and I really appreciated the build-up to the splits. I couldn t get into the full splits on either side, but I could get deeper on my left side than right side. Kylie is a great instructor!

As a runner, I know I am tight in lower body, so chose this class as a challenge. Effective. Was able to do more than anticipated....but baby steps. I feel the stretch?
By Love G | Tuesday, January 11, 2022
I ve done this class before and need to keep it in my rotation! Great stretch for lower body! You don t realize how tight you are until you do some of these stretches! Great release.

Another super class, Kylie! I wasn t able to get to my yoga for three days. Meantime got tighter and this class was exactly what I needed. Plan to do this again this week! Thank you!

I am NOT naturally flexible and this class is SO valuable -- the pace is perfect and Kylie explains every step so well. If you normally "hate" classes that focus on hips and hamstrings, bring all the props and be nice to yourself and take all the modifications you need, but I m telling you, do this class. It got me to the point of being able to do my first ever half moon without a wall :)

Felt so good for my hamstrings! Closest ever to full Hanuman. Thanks, Kylie!

Amazing class!

Kylie leads us through a thorough, safe warm up to prepare for Hanuman. I have been practicing this weekly for some time and today, at age 56, I got into the full expression of the pose for the first time ever! Thank you, Kylie.
By CocoYoga | Tuesday, October 20, 2020
Wonderful class. My hips feel alive and open, especially after sitting for the majority of my day at work. This will be one of my go to classes for sure. Thanks so much!!
By Shekinah | Sunday, July 26, 2020
As always Kylie gave us an absolutely wonderful class. Flowed for few minutes & then went into stretching the hamstrings & hips to finish up in the peak pose Hangman (splits). Thank you Kylie I feel fantastic. Namaste.

I love Kylie s classes, but this one left me feeling fantastic. It s great for tight hamstrings, and I was able to get into full Hanuman on both sides which I hadn t done in ages. Thank you.

Thank you Kylie! That was exactly what I needed! Challenging but such an awesome pace and so supportive in your cueing/coaching. Will def do again soon! :)

This was EXACTLY what I needed after sitting in a training class for 3 days! My legs, hips and lower back were all super tight but this was the perfect solution. Enjoy!
By coffeestat | Sunday, November 25, 2018
awesome for tight hamstrings from running! I was so glad I was doing this at home and not in a yoga studio because I was moaning and groaning an embarrassing amount with the delicious stretches!
By Heather J. | Friday, November 16, 2018
This is one of my favourite classes that I have done many times to help loosen up my tight hamstrings. Great instruction! The class is challenging and engaging.
By JenG | Saturday, September 1, 2018
Wow! Between sitting at my desk and training with more intense weights and HIIT during the week, my lower body is TIGHT. This class was amazing! Loved the instructor, loved the different variations of poses and stretches, and the simplicity of the split sequence. I am new to splits so I was unsure if I d be able to do them, but it s just two 30-second splits which was perfect for a newbie like me to start with.

This is my favorite online yoga class.
By Annie | Wednesday, March 28, 2018
This is another great class from Kylie. Her instructions and cues are so good. I would normally shy away from anything focused on Hanuman because I’m very much an inflexible yogi, but with Kylie’s sequencing and encouragement I can now do side plank ( I think that class is called Limitless or something like that). I also love that if feels like a great practice in about 45 minutes which is hard to do but sometimes I just don’t have the time or feel like focusing for an hour or more.
By Tara | Sunday, March 25, 2018
Another awesome class - thank you! My hamstrings and hips REALLY needed this today. Will come back to this one often!
By Mjp | Monday, February 12, 2018
Amazing class! Definitely got further into hanuman that ever before! This class hits every lower body spot I needed! Definitely going to be a regular for me!
By ang | Thursday, February 1, 2018
This is my fav class for tight hammies and hips (which for me leads to sore lower back). While it is listed as "everyday Namaste", I find that it certainly requires effort to get that amazing stretch that Kylie is offering. Great for after a run or workout. Cues are great, and I feel about an inch taller after! Thanks Kylie :)

I do this class so much I almost have it memorized. It s one of my favorites. And I am curently working to modify it for my pregnancy. It s just not a class I want to give up doing. The teacher is very clear and gives great cues. The flow is unique and just feels so great! Essential for someone who sits all day. So grateful to have this class here on Yogadownload.

This felt so goo after a long bike ride. Exactly what I needed!

Dear Kylie, I love your classes and have been practicing with you for years : ) However I feel the time has come to tell you that what you mean by balls of the toes is actually balls of the feet . I confirmed this today by looking where you put the strap in the final forward fold, which was around the balls of your FEET, nowhere near your toes - and is what everyone else calls the balls of the feet. I say this not just because it bothers me, but for all your other students who may actually think you mean the balls of the toes which would mean the pads on the ends of the toes, effectively tip toes ! Not just confusing, but at times possibly dangerous =p
I hope you don t mind me sharing this feedback, and instead find it helpful. I ll refrain today from going into the use of sits bones (which actually don t exist), vertebrae (the singular is vertebra ), and go ahead and... (a confusing Americanism) ha ha.
I would give all your classes at least a 4-5, but am taking off a star today for having to put up with these bugs in my downloaded classes. Maybe my future ones will be improved?
By Rebecca Johnson | Saturday, May 6, 2017
This class does exactly what you d think - REALLY open up the hamstrings and hips. My hamstrings have been super tight for months and I feel openness there I haven t felt in a long time!
By racheljudy13 | Friday, April 21, 2017
This is a great stretch for the hamstrings, feels really good on an off day.

I have a healthy fear of Hanuman, so did this class with some trepidation. But I m trying to expand my yoga practice (maybe Wild Thing one day). This was a nice class. There was just enough flow to get the heart pumping and warm up the muscles, but not so much that I was winded. The stretches really helped open up my trouble side (left is always so much tighter than right). And I got further into Hanuman than ever before. Not full, but both legs were a lot straighter in this attempt than in previous ones.
By dramady | Sunday, March 19, 2017
Phew. As someone who s always had tight hips, this was intense, throughout. But what a nifty trick with the towel to slide the foot out! The peak pose felt good when we got there. Thanks, Kylie!

I meant to add this review the other day when I did this class for the first time! Thank you Kylie for lighting that internal fire and inspiring me to push myself further than I think I can! Never thought I could get into Hanuman, but this class helped me get there! Thank you Kylie!!!
By C Matzi | Monday, March 13, 2017
LOVE. I have pretty serious iliac sacral & hip issues and Kylie finds a way to get me all warmed up and push my limits without hurting myself!
All three of my favorite areas to focus on in one class with one of my favorite instructors....what more do I need to say? Thank you Kylie.
By marcyanne8 | Tuesday, March 7, 2017
I ve never even been able to get far into half Hanuman... and I won t say I nailed it, but it was really cool to see how much easier the pose felt! I m running a ton training for a half marathon, and this was the perfect counterbalance to that exercise!
By jojo1981 | Tuesday, March 7, 2017
This was a really pleasant surprise! At first (as an overweight person) I found myself questioning the logic of the flow because I struggled through a couple of the more challenging transitions.
HOWEVER, once I attempted the peak posture I came much closer to Hanumanasana than I ever could have possibly imagined.
The inclusion of triangle, revolved triangle, wide-legged forward bend, half-moon and revolved half-moon was very curious indeed but nevertheless seemed to be very effective.
I will definitely repeat this class again in the future and see what happens! Thank you!

Wow!!! Amazing, amazing class!!! Perfect class for the legs after a long run :)
By Yoga-Amor | Monday, March 6, 2017
Another great class by Kylie! Perfect for rest day or, like today, a long day sitting at a computer. I feel much looser and relaxed after.
By Brenda A | Sunday, March 5, 2017
Ahhhh! This is EXACTLY what I needed to loosen legs tight from weight lifting. My glutes, hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors, and low back are so relaxed now!
This is a slow moving, stretchy yoga, holding poses for longer, but not so long as to cause anxiety. Kylie provides the exact cueing and encouragement needed without ever straying into being "too talky" and distracting.
If you have tight legs, do this routine! Your entire lower body with thank you!
By ymadub | Friday, March 3, 2017
Really nice class! I was super tight and super not in the mood to do this. I forced myself (easier to do because it was a short class). So glad I did! No, I ve never gotten that far into hanuman before, even when I haven t felt like I needed a good dose of WD-40. I feel great now. Thank you.

Wonderful class. I love the addition of the blanket to help glide into the splits!
