Thank you for this class!
It is a challenging class, especially in the first half where the strong poses are sequenced in a fast flow. But challenging in a good way:) This class learns me something new each time I practice it. It is interesting to notice where the heat builds up, or where the tension is kept and reluctant to let go. Pradeep encourages just on the right times to keep going in the challenging part. Furthermore, I really appreciate Pradeep s encouragements regarding letting go of tension.
So...what are you waiting for. Try this class:)
Small note: At the beginning of the video it states 112 minutes, but the length is 1 hour 12 minutes. (On the webpage the length is written correct).

Nice class, but the music was too loud at certain points and it was hard to hear Pradeep.

A really good workout for my cranky back with lots of twists. However I found the instructors words and messages repetitive and they didn t calm my mind. Cueing was also difficult as sometimes he had to correct the male assistant and this stalled the flow.

I didn t enjoy this one as much as some of Pradeep s shorter classes. His energy is always something I like a lot, but I found the 70 minute class to be really repetitive. There were so many child pose to cobra pose to child pose up to downward dogs. I would have liked more variety for the longer flow. There are a bunch of twisted chair pose variations as well which I liked and a pretty long ab sequence after the 45 minute mark.

This flow gets you warm. I got a little sweaty during this one. Great twist work. I m sure my core will feel this tomorrow, too.

Pradeep classes are always wonderful and this is no exception. He makes me work hard and reminds me while doing so to be grateful for being able to live part of my life on the yoga mat. He welcomes me home and always improves the rest of my day.

This class starts with alot of movement for the first 35+ minutes. If you are looking to stretch and hold poses and get deep into muscle tension this isn t the class you want. If you want a fast paced burning work out that pushes and tests you this is the class for you! The second half of the class he slows down the movement and does some longer spinal twists and good core. This is a WORK OUT, not rest and recover class. I throughly enjoyed it but had to stick some of the poses longer to try and losen up. I loved the instructor, he kept me in it mentally when I wanted to quit. I will definitely return for more of his classes.
