Amazing class and perfect for my needs! I am a cyclist who had a botched knee replacement and also have spinal stenosis and arthritis in my lower back. This was exactly what I needed to stretch out my body. I refuse to give up. I ll return to this class frequently.

Wow! What an amazing series of stretches. Perfect cues, great transitions, no extraneous chatter. And the gift of a calming, relaxing soundtrack instead of the usual annoying YogaDownload music. Thank you, Kylie! I feel ready to run a 5k tomorrow!

Great class, well queued, some flow as well as really good stretches. My only suggestion is to provide an alternative for the pose that involves having your legs crossed and leaning forward on your arms (like a cross-legged prasarita), because it s quite risky for the knees. I ve tried that move in some of Rob Loud s classes and it always makes my knees pop and almost give way. I do my own alternative pose but I imagine that others with knee injuries might find this risky as well.

By far my favorite class. I seem to go back to it over and over again and do it 1X-2X a week because it s the only class that really gives my whole leg a great stretch. As a biker and runner, this class is a necessity!

Such an amazing class! I love all of Kyle s classes that I ve tried but I think this is my new favourite. It s such a rare treat to take this much time to stretch out these critical areas of the body so thoroughly. I find most classes feel like they have to fit a bit of everything in. But this one is wonderfully focused. I m an Ironman triathlete and so my IT bands and hips are always tight and if I m not careful it can lead to injuries. So this class is definitely going to become a staple in my self-maintenance routine. I especially loved how the innovative foot positions in some of the poses allow for deeper stretching than one often gets. Thank you Kylie!!!

I go back to this class constantly. If something doesn’t feel right this is my first stop. So many back, knee, hip, and ankle pains are rooted in the IT band.

I haven’t done this for awhile because I tend to look for quick 20-30 minute classes to stretch my hips, hams and IT band post workout. I came back to this one because I’ve had a lot of IT band problems lately, my right leg starts hurting so much I’ve had to stop mid workout. The intensity and focus of this class is well worth the extra time. I particularly like the goofy twist and half split with foot adjustment. Wow. Exactly what my poor legs needed. Thank you.

Can t believe how long it took me to find this class. My normal life routine has been thrown completely off due to such tight IT bands causing hip problems. Wow, I could feel every movement. This will be every other day mixed with other classes to help me get back to my normal strength routine. Thank you Kylie!!

Excellent class! I did it after a long run and found it a little tough but got me in all the spots I needed to and I m sure I ll feel amazing in a few hours. The only niggle I didn t like was the use of the word "please". Although I m a very polite person and use the word please a lot in my daily life I don t really feel it is needed in a yoga class where we are all willing participants.

Everyone should do this class. It’s only challenging because we are all tight in our hips and IT. I can’t wait to feel the difference in my day after this class. I will be revisiting this one repeatedly can’t wait to do it again.

Another outstanding class by Kylie. I disagree with a previous review that says she doesn t warm you up through flow since there are some flows in here. But make no mistake this class with stretch your IT band and open your hips beautifully!

Giving 4 stars as the class could benefit from more flow and standing poses in the beginning to build more heat for deeper stretching. Since it s only 50 minutes, plenty of room for 10 minutes of flow!

Really good for runners and weight lifters like me! The IT band is an area that gets stretched a bit in yoga, but it s really great to have this focused class that really gets to the outer hip and IT band area. As always, Kylie knows just the areas to hit for athletes, and I quite enjoyed the slower (yet still focused and not boring) pace of this class.

I get weekly massage to address these problem areas from my running. This was the best stretching I have ever had to support my legs in opening up! I will come back to video again and again!

Just added to my favorites too. I m a huge fan of Kylie s classes. My legs get pretty beat up from cycle and weightlifting and my IT band has been problematic. This class targeted just where I needed it in my IT band and hamstrings. I learned some new stretches too!

Thank you Kylie for this practice. I always experience tightness in my outer hips/IT Bands and OH BOY how this practice showed me how truly tight I am!! For me, this is the best sequencing I have found to dive deep into my outer hips/IT bands leaving me with that yummy release feeling. This practice will most likely be a weekly repeat for me and my practice. Namaste!
