Both the upper and lower body classes offered by this instructor are excellent. They have helped me in so many ways.

I have issues with a tight thoracic spine, neck and weakness in my upper back. This class lengthens and manipulates your upper back and releases your shoulders. I will definitely do it again. The instructor was sweet and calming and gave great oral cues.

This felt amazing and I could really feel a difference by the end. My shoulders were throbbing. I think I need to do this more regularly.
My shoulders and neck are very tight and painful and I have a problem with a tendon in my rotator cuff. I ve been using weights and am feeling achy. This definitely felt beneficial. I m sure I have better movement.
I did, as others found, have some difficulty knowing what I was meant to be doing at times. Hopefully that will become clearer.

Thank you for this therapeutic class Deb. I can tell this class is very beneficial for my continued work with my shoulder in which I had adhesive capsulitis. I will add this class to my favorites!

she was too fast and didnt cue appropriately. i had to stop and rewind a few times until i decided to switch instructors

She was going way too quickly without explaining what to focus on in each pose and how to achieve each pose correctly. Jackie is much better at explaining.

This practice is a port in the storm of my life with migraines. The practice soothes stiffness and tension, increases mobility, and I walk away feeling like my whole upper body is at ease and integrated. Do It Daily.....

Thank you. I need to commit to doing this every day. The micro movements in my shoulder were exactly what I needed.

Loved this class, the tone and pace of it and the supported savasana at the end, pure bliss! Afterwards I felt so light and the feeling stayed for hours. Only minor point is that cues are not always so clear and I felt I had to look at the screen - i.e.: during Eye of the needle on the first side I had no idea that at some point my arm was supposed to be up until I looked at the screen but on the second side Deb actually instructs to raise the arm.. anyhow, not easy to be consistent and clear all of the time, I am not and just keep on working on it! Namaste and thanks Deb.

I have wanted to take this class for a while. As like many of us my shoulder area needs to be unstuck daily from all the computer work. Well yesterday I made a 15 hour drive and decided it to be time. The class definitely works to loosen the fascia. I did however find some of the cues to be lacking requiring me to look at the video far more often than usual. That said I will kerp this in a regular rotation as I need it!!!

Amazing! I could hardly move when I got out of bed today. This series will allow me to go on with my day. Thank you, Deb!

This is one of the best classes ever. The amount of tension it releases is something I would normally need myofascial therapy for. To be able to achieve this in your own home, anytime, in quite remarkable. Thank you!

Great feeling for my shoulders and spine.

Love this class. Super clear instructions so you don t have to watch the whole time, and the myofascial release aspect is unique and very helpful. Definitely saving.

I love this class! I have had tight shoulders and upper back for years. It finally has become so bad it hurts to turn my head over my shoulder. After having done (as best as I could) this class once I m already starting to feel some relief. Excellent class, I will be doing it many more times.

Such a great, slow-paced, intense class for releasing the shoulders and upper back.

This is my FAVORITE class on Yoga Download! I love Deb s approach, adding fascial unwinding over asana. It is so unique and I see how it keeps me from tensing in a pose while simultaneously stretching deeper. I wish Deb had a lot more classes on here. I ve tried many shoulder and upper back classes and most tend to aggravate the area more. Not this one! It really is the best!

Great instructions on movement within asana

Very good, deep stretching class and I can definitely feel the difference. Most of this class takes place on your back on the floor where smaller streaming devices can’t be seen - I’d have liked a little more audio guidance or layman’s descriptions of muscles as I suspect I wasn’t getting it right in places and ended up quite confused!

I have a tight muscle under my shoulder blade, what a relief!! The only thing I regret is going to the chiropractor twice before I found this practice. Just amazing! I will certainly do it again and again!!

That was amazing- it has really helped my shoulder tendonitis which has been driving me insane! It is still a little sore but no longer feels weird- I think it clicked something back into place! I am downloading this one for sure- Thankyou!

I have been told repeatedly by chiropractors and massage therapists that my upper back is really tight. This class was so very helpful in getting my muscles to stretch and relax. The instructor is very knowledgeable and I would give this class ten stars if I could!

Wow, these micro-movements with breath work help you move so much deeper into your spine, shoulders, and neck. I can t believe I never discovered this teacher or video until today.

Amazing!!! I feel sooo much better!!
By LuluRose | Monday, October 1, 2018
It started a bit slow and I almost quit due to all the breath work but I am SO pleased I stayed with it. I m recovering from a strained trapezium and only did what movement I was able to do but had no extra pain and at the end my shoulder feels a lot better. I m going to incorporate this class into my recovery.

I was not expecting to come out of this class with as much freedom and length as I did! Absolutely wonderful class for tight shoulders and upper back.

Wow! What an amazing teacher and class. I am having a lot of tightness in pecks and rounding of the back. She really helped me work some of that out. It will take a few more but if I did this class more it would be healed. Great highly recommend.

I have occipital neuralgia and I had started getting it under control, but between the holidays, flu and a migraine, I had deviated from my routine resulting an episode. After supplements, trigger point therapy and a bath, I was at a point where I could attempt yoga. I came across this practice and I am so glad I did. Within 20 minutes of practicing the pain was completely alleviated and my upper back, neck and shoulders actually feel better than what I even had them at almost a month ago. This is going into my practice at least a few times a week. I am beyond grateful for the relief; even the light sensitivity has been relieved. Thank you!!

What a huge difference in the shoulders and back! I definitely feel it. Great class. It’s hard for me to focus on one body part for the whole class without getting bored but it went fast and I was able to concentrate.

This class has changed my life! Literally! After two surgeries last year for thyroid cancer, my already tight upper back, neck and shoulders were a mess. I couldn t raise my arms above my shoulders. I turned to yoga. I found this class two months ago (right when i was ready to try physical therapy) and have been doing it 3 times or more a week. I have so much more freedom in my shoulder girdle and am noticing my body mechanics are changing for the better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Deb.

Wow Thank you for this relaxing shoulder opener! I am a dental hygienist and my shoulders are so tight and sore, this class was wonderful! I can t wait for my husband to try this! I will add it to my practice.

Wow! What an awesome relaxing class. Opened my back and shoulders and deepens my inner awareness. I feel so calm, present and fully stretched. Thank you!

I liked this class pretty well. I thought the approach of incorporating gentle movements within the postures was helpful, and a number of the postures or sequences of postures were helpful, effective, and new to me.
There were two things I didn t think worked as well: at times I had to stop the video and replay sections because the instruction weren t clear enough without the video and the postures weren t ones you could do effectively/safely while watching the video. And at times I wanted clearer guidance on how to modify a posture, or what to prioritize in it, for those of us who are less flexible than the instructor. Since it was a therapeutic, all-levels class (and I chose it because I was very stiff and sore today), that seemed a little strange to me. I think I could have gotten more out of some of the postures with more guidance.
Still, I d do this class again, and I recommend it.

This class is exactly what physical therapists should tell their back and neck pain clients to do! The practice was not strenuous at all, but really got deep into the shoulders and upper back to ease all of the tension I have been feeling there. I will come back to this one again!

Another amazing class from Deb! I love how she blends disciplines to get deep into the fascia. My shoulders and back have never felt as good as they did yesterday after this class. Please keep them coming!

This is a lovely class. Gentle paced. Time for breath and relaxation. Yet great release for shoulders and back. Thank you.

Fabulous! I spent yesterday in airports and on planes. Woke up with the stiffest shoulders on the planet. This was just what I needed. Thanks Deb. Hope we have more therapeutic practices with you. Love all the uncommon approaches to the stretches.
