Struggling w stomach issues after having to take antibiotics for a respiratory infection and so Maria’s Digestive Reset was a godsend. I liked the breath work and the short flow sequence got my energy flowing. Glad to have “ discovered” this class through the 23 day challenge.

Interesting practice. I definitely felt this in my core and internal organs, but I m not sure I would fit this class into my regular practice.

Quite different from my usual practices and I really wasn t sure to start with. 30 minutes later I can say I really feel the benefit of the breathing exercises and the focus on the digestive system during traditional poses. I do suffer from digestive issues and picked up a lot in this short practice to help in the future. Thank you.
