Hatha Yoga: Strength & Freedom



This all-levels Hatha yoga class will warm, tone, and open your body. This is a slow moving class with long holds of postures that will both stretch and strengthen you. Jackie will guide you into each pose, give you alignment cues, and then give you time to hold the posture and breathe deeply before moving on to the next posture. No matter what level of practitioner you are, this class will strengthen & lengthen your muscles and free your mind.
