This is a great class for quick energy boost or waking up. It is short and no balance poses or stretch, yet it is enough to get warm up. The instruction is clear and simple. There is nothing fancy difficult pose. Good flow. Thank you.

My first class in a while, as part of the 23 Day Challenge! It was a great class. I appreciate that Ben gave very clear instructions. It was a relatively short class but I felt stronger and more balanced afterwards and could feel like it was a good workout.

My first class with Yoga Download in a while and my first class with Ben. He was very good. He was easy to understand and afterwards I felt so relaxed. I am excited about the 23 day challenge. It’s such a good way to start the year off. I would definitely give Ben five stars.

The end of 2022 brought some extremely stressful weeks to my life, and I gave up my practice. I am grateful for the New Year s challenge to give myself some motivation and accountability--even if only to myself--to get going again. Yoga, pranayama, and meditation are the best medicine. Today s practice was just hard enough to get me to feel it but easy enough to get through to the end. Great delivery, nice set ups for the flows, and a simple routine. I knew I d feel better, and I do. Thank you!

Great start to the 2023 Yoga Challenge! I really liked the flow incorporating Warrior II with Star and Horse Pose. I rarely get the opportunity to have a male teacher and Ben lead a very nice class.

It was nice to be back to practicing Yoga after a gap of several years. The challenge invitation has worked!! The background of the class was perfect no distraction just the teacher. Instructions were clear and repetitive so easy to follow the routine. Perfect use of breathing combined with postures. I will be back for more.

Wow, I really enjoyed this class. Ben is clear, concise, and offers an attainable flow. Builds heat but doable for everyone. I have been on the mat for probably 10 years now and prefer a pace that allows me too focus on purposeful movement and breathwork, this class does that.

Fantastic short flow! I loved Ben s calm, no nonsense manner. It s classes like this with teachers like Ben who might actually get my husband or sons on the mat. I enjoyed the rhythmic motions and that s possibly the closest I ve ever got to doing tai chi.

Day 3 of two week challenge.
What I really enjoy about Ben Davis teaching is his soothing, almost meditative, guiding voice. He doesn t interrupt the flow with a lot of additional flourishes and random commentary. He truly gets you into an adaptive, dance-like, focused FLOW. Thank you, Ben!

Day 3 of the two week challenge! Absolutely love this class.
I usually stream the classes from my iPhone to my Apple TV, but for some reason I was not able to this morning. But the stream was fine on my iPhone and I was able to follow the well guided instructions given by Ben.
Ben’s breath guidance is on point for this class! He guides each movement and breath perfectly in order to indulge in a sweet guided meditation.
I love that this class is free, I will definitely be revisiting it! My body is warm and full of energy. The class is basic and flows well, perfect for a quick morning routine before the day!

I always like a quick 30 minute class in the morning. This was wonderful. Lots of great twisty poses that loosened up my tight spine. Great flowing sequences that energized me. And Ben has a very nice, soothing voice and great timing in cues. LOVE the class and will definitely be back for more!

I really enjoyed this class! Full body movement, stretching, and warm up for just a short time. I ve done it twice so far, about a month apart, and I ll definitely do it again! The first time, I thought it was "everyday namaste PLUS", but the second time, it felt true to rating. Maybe I m getting better? A perfect class for when you need some yoga in your day, but you are kinda tired and only have 30 min. Ben is a great instructor, with a calm strong voice. I ve enjoyed other classes of his, too. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, however newbie beginners may need to watch the video for some cues, since in this class Ben sometimes assumes you know what he means by "horse" or "reverse warrior", but you should still give it a try! :)

This was exactly what I was looking for, a solid 30 minute practice with a good mix of challenge and stretch. This is a simple flow, one that I think would be easy to memorize and do offline. I ll be returning to this one. As someone who is relatively new to yoga (only since June) I appreciate the clear cuing.

Great class. Feels like an "everyday namaste PLUS" - I definitely feel strong and sweaty afterwards (though it was 78 degrees...). Plenty of stretching and twisting, as advertised. Ben is clear and easy to follow. Like another class of his, there is an occasional floor pose where my girls get in the way, but it s not a big deal. I would recommend this class to anyone - it truly is "all levels" - except perhaps not for early beginners, because he doesn t go into a lot of alignment detail (which is fine if you re already somewhat familiar with the poses). Overall a great class that I plan to do again. Thanks Ben!

True to its word. Nice flowing practice. Felt more traditional and less about power. While Ben gives the instructions nicely and clearly there is less explanation so make sure you are versed in the poses. However the pace and the challenge level listed for the class is accurate.

I like the length of this flow and it is great for a full body focus- I do wish there was one less repetition of the overall routine and perhaps one short sequence. the half pigeon at the end is nice though for a wind down.

This is EXACTLY what my tight body and frazzled nerves needed! I love that Ben gets right into the practice without a lot of "pep talk."
Sometimes when your world is full of mental stress and all-day conversations, you don t want a lot of verbal life coaching but instead need a quiet, focused, flowing practice. This is EXACTLY what you get with this practice, and I m going to return to it whenever I have just 30 minutes in the morning to unlock my body and get my mind into a calm state for the chaos to come.
Ben guides you through sun salutations with a few small form recommendations and a nice side bend variation.
You then move through a slow flow with chair (not too long, either!), twists in chair, and mountain.
To further wake up the body is a perfectly cued flow with lunge, Warrior 2, extended side angle, star, horse, reverse warrior, and chatturanga (which I substitute with standing splits due to a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing any kind of push-up movement).
You ve got some child s pose, locust, and shoulder stretches added. To end the practice, sleeping pigeon and supine twists, with reverse table to open the heart.
To get my body limbered up and to have a quiet, focused, flowing, "non-chatty" practice, this is PERFECT!
Ben, thank you for creating a practice that is movement for the body and stillness for the mind! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was a pleasant, unchallenging short flow and one to return to when, like today, either time and/or energy are a bit short. However Ben was not a very motivational instructor and sounded and looked a bit bored. Thank you however for providing what I sought today.
