Moves through the flows really quickly. Tired it first thing in the morning and it moved too quickly for me. I ll try it again later in the day. Lots of downward dog and chaturanga.

Absolute wonderful quick flow. I had limited time today and this was a good stretch, got my heart rate up a little, and was perfectly paced for such a quick flow. It even had a mini savasana! Love it.

This class is a gift. I do this one more than any other. It s quick and efficient and great any time of day and even night. It s surprising how satisfied I feel afterwards. My only complaint is, shavasana is too short, should have been open ended, not that that stops me from staying in there. Jackie is undoubtedly my favorite teacher on YDL, I hope she someday makes another similar class.

One of my absolute favourite classes. I’ve coming back to this one time and time again for three or so years now, and I discover something new in myself each time. My strength and ability has increased considerably in that time through other yoga classes and swimming, and I still find that with the increased level of fitness and strength there are new ways of approaching and learning from this class.

Although I completely know the sun salutation sequences and could do them on my own, the practice is so much sweeter when Jackie guides it! I can t rave enough about Jackie s voice, her calm cues, her cadence. Such a nice class to start each day off with!

For a beginner, this class would be very quick when she starts the flow portion of the class. For an intermediate yogi, the quick pace of the class is a flow through a basic salutation and not quicker than pace of your breath. I enjoyed the pace of the class and will be doing this one again!

I liked this one a lot. however, it did get quite fast with the breath work at the end as others have said. I took it at my own pace but it was distracting being a few moves behind.

Starts slow then packs a lot into a sun salutation flow. A little fast with the breaths once it gets going, but a great quick workout that left my chest and shoulders sore. Great for 20 minutes!

I really enjoyed this class. One of the first times I have been able to keep up with the flow and I did some of my first true Chaturanga poses. I wasn t quite able to complete the final down dog, went into child s pose instead, but it was a great class for someone like me. Glad I started the 14 day challenge for sure.

This is a great way to wake up and stretch the body. yes, Sun salutations are a bit boring and (obviously) repetitive, but sometimes it s just what you need. A solid practice.

"Short and powerful class"...my thought exactly after I finished this routine and I hadn t realized that was part of the class description. It was a bit challenging to me as a beginner. I m looking forward to practicing this again with more confidence and flow :)

This is a superior class for first thing in the morning to get your day started. I thoroughly enjoy Jackie s classes. She talks you through them very well, and I don t feel rushed. She knows how to ensure the breath is flowing with the movement, and I end all of her classes feeling the intention of that class. More than anything - I feel that release to be able to tackle anything that I have going on for the remainder of the day. Thank you for your wonderful teachings.

I love this class because it s very simple in its components. Nothing fancy or extra, and Jackie is perfect as usual. Short and sweet, and just challenging enough. I just wish there was an audio-only option available because I like to download for my ipod without video.
