This class was exactly what I was looking for! I recently moved across country and things have been hectic and a bit stressful. I woke this morning a bit stiff and wanting to move but not push really hard. This class gave me exactly that. My neck and shoulders feel so much better and I feel much more energized and ready to take on the day. Thank you Elise!

I really like this class and the way it is taught. The cues are very clear. It was the right level of intensity to ease into the day.
One suggestion (and this applies to all YogaDownload videos): Before going into savasana, let the audience know if you ll be returning to end the practice. It was hard to fully relax, wondering if I needed to time myself so I wouldn t end the practice too late. A small comment like "I ll be back in 2 minutes to end the practice with you" would allow me to more fully relax in savasana, and not keep looking at the computer screen.

Elise, you re such a gem. I m returning to Yoga Downloads after several years away and several years of not practicing consistently. Coming back to the mat was the first thing I started doing as part of my mental, emotional, and physical self-care during the COVID-19 quarantine. I m grateful to come back to teachers like Elise who I didn t even know I missed!
Elise s flow is graceful and eases your body open. I m surprised to find that I ve also broken a sweat. Great cues and reminders to breath into your body. What a great teacher!

I am so happy to be back with Yoga Download..
Must admit this app helped me to release anxiety, level of work stress as i committed to morning routines..did took a time.
Now i m in self isolation food regarding Covid 19, here i am with so much time for my self where no complains aloud...

Normally this class would be too slow for me (and I m not power yoga crazy or anything, I just like to move when I am doing yoga) but I am slowly recovering from a bad back sprain and this was just right for my abilities, right now. I will probably do this as my morning yoga for the next few days as a work up to trying to get back to where I was before. Would definitely also be a good way to get your yoga on if you are under the weather for wharever reason. Really appreciate this class, thank you!

I had a few personal technical issues yesterday, so had to improvise my yoga session, but am determined to keep my 14 day challenge on track. In fact my intention is to set a personal goal of 21 consecutive days in the hope of including yoga into every day.

This is exactly the kind of morning routine I need. I usually shy away from traditional morning yoga practices as they tend to be too vigorous for me first thing in the morning. Really enjoyed this gentle stretching morning practice. Very stiff after a run last night and I feel a lot more supple and stretched out.

A really nice gentle morning practice which opens up and stretches out everywhere. There is a wee blip in the video around 18 mins. in the transition from the first lunge to pigeon where I did not get the hip opener until the left side repetition. I will do this again both as a stand alone and also as an ease into a more vigorous practice.

Great class for a relaxed and lovely morning. We got to a lot of interesting and fun poses, and we did so in a very flowy and supported way. Perfect way to start the day before morning coffee. I ll be doing this one again!
