Really enjoyable - though I have Vasisthasana in my practice, I always feel unstable. This was such a good way of getting into the pose from pigeon and I felt really connected and secure. Thanks!

Another amazing practice with Kylie! Precise cues, creative and smooth transitions, absolutely delicious. And with a soothing soundtrack! Thank you, Kylie!

This was a really good core workout. I find I can hold my leg straight up during vasisthasana but if I connect with my hand, the leg pulls forward so I still need to work on that. Good stretches at the end. Thanks.

Great class! I didn t think I was strong enough to hold some of the poses, but I did it! I had to modify some, but I feel strong! Thank you Kylie!

I am no fan of Vashistasana. This class made it attainable and approachable. The prep work getting into the peak pose created a path to a success. I’m always a fan of Kylies classes and glad I gave this one a chance.

Great class. I did it at night, and felt like it suited this time, being able to relax in to those longer poses..I had to pause at the start to warm my wrists up though. I came to this class via the 21 day challenge, and the previous class had a great wrist warm up section. Usually I do side plank on my elbow, but was able to do the full pose today. Thanks

This was a truly incredible class. I do a lot of HIIT and weight lifting... this both solidified my strength and stretched me out in all the right ways. The instruction was clear and I really appreciate how grounded and even the instructor s energy remained throughout the duration of the class. THANK YOU! I will come back to this one!

Coming back almost a year later to share that this approach into Vasisthasana is surprisingly more approachable than any other approach I ve been cued through. Basically Kylie is a genius yogi.
Thanks for another good workout. The story of believing you are limitless is always empowering too! Namaste!

First of all, Kylie is one of my favorite instructors! Second, as challenging as this was for me I’ll be back! Loved it. Thank you!

I did it! Full disclosure It was my third try and I’ve been practicing for a year and a half. Anyway, Kylie’s sequence, instruction, and inspiration are magic.

Great class in multiples ways: 1) The right length for the time I have 2) Nice core work to warm-up in the beginning 3) Good spiritual lesson/insight without being overly preachy/lengthy 4) Challenging poses all leading up to the peak pose but still hitting almost every major muscle group.
Definitely a keeper - thank you!

AMAZING!! Day 10 of the 21 day pre-holiday challenge. I almost didn t do this class but then decided to go for it. So glad I did. Right side was much better than the left and I love the mythology story. Thank you so much.

Not an easy practice, but I loved it. I understand a lot more about the pose Vasisthasana and I m getting close to holding it! (My left side was better than my right :) ) It s really nice to learn the backstory and mythology behind some of the yoga asanas. It feels more real in some way. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Be ready to push yourself, but not beyond any limits. Because you are boundless and unlimited.
