Desiree, after practicing for more than 15 years, you have changed my yoga forever! In fact I had stopped practicing altogether, fearing if it was actually doing me harm . . . And now, through your Fearless classes, I see there was an element of truth in that fear ; ) But with your intelligent and helpful guidance I am approaching yoga differently, and really enjoying this new journey : ) Thank you.

Can I say OW! That was pretty intense on the legs!! Good instruction on proper posture though.

Nice class to work on alignment and to break down poses. Good long holds too. That said, I had a hard time following some of the instructions to do things like moving the sit-bones in one direction or another , or “zipping up my corset while making my feet shorter “ - might work quite well for others , but I found it less than helpful in working on each pose. Instructors have a nice rapport & clearly enjoy what they are doing.

Although it s not a routine, it helps build on our practice and or remind us of better alignment to get more benefits from our practice.

Information session, not a practice.

This is not a class it is an educational tutorial. There are some great guides to how to work poses both verbal and visual also explainations of pose names and muscles worked. That is great for a beginner or as a reminder and check in. The poses I would not put in a beginner level iare splits and and baby dancer.

It s not a traditional practice, but the information given is great, and it is a really good workout for your legs. I think I got my spine twist as deep as I ever have from this instruction. it s concepts I m excited to take with me in other practices.

Not your traditional yoga class, but lots of fantastic information and tips for really engaging lower body.

This is a good class for leg awareness. I wasn t sure if I was doing everything right, maybe doing this frequently would get it better. It felt more hurried towards the end. And would have liked more variations for people who cannot get into deep stretches. But it was a very good class for legs, none the less.

A second wonderful workshop - thank you Desiree and Michelle. Great teaching through words (D) and actions (M) which encouraged me to work alongside you and really feel all four sides of my leg. Loved the encouragement and cuing - I ve never actually held foot on thigh before in Tree - always go lower cos it seems more suitable for me, but not any more - I did it! I may even get to full Splits. By the way you both have fabulous feet!
