This one, for the most part, feels good. 4.8 stars from me. It can, more or less, deal with my painful, osteoarthritic knees. I down-modify every. last. pose. I m contraindicated from doing a backbend [quelle relief (could not have arrived too soon back in 16) even if it is brought on by a medical condition]. Means that no "well-meaning" wet noodles get flogged at me, were this to be a Zoom conference or a reopened local class. As Michelle says, "we ve had enough of THAT by now"... She comes across as a Seane Corn in inflection—but with humor, down-to-earthiness, patience—and a soupçon of maternal wisdom, borne from a life well-lived. Relatable. I came for ALL the Anusara-inspired alignment cues, stayed for the thankfully not too lengthy flow (my knees!) don t miss the lack of music. Must tack on savasana (have to put my music on, then. A little bit of spirituality in me remains.)

I liked this class, however, some of the instructions were unclear. I would have appreciated a bit less talking. I did enjoy the humor.

A lovely full practice utilising all the lessons of the previous workshops. I really enjoyed this ( tho stuck with Bridge rather than trying Wheel). Great to have Michelle leading this one when she has been the action model in all of the workshops. My core and legs particularly feel strong after this and I really appreciate all Michelle s body cues. Thank you.
