Fearless After Fifty : Chapter Nine

Let’s Practice is a 50-minute guided practice where Michelle, Desiree and our model Lili put it all together for a full-spectrum yoga practice. We include warm ups, standing postures, balancing, hip opening and spine strengthening. It is accessible for most, and provides a daily sequence to keep us strong and limber. Each model shows different ways to access the poses. If you can’t do it all, then do what you can, and work toward the rest. Most of all, have fun, take yoga seriously and yourself lightly as we enjoy all our days and the many ways to better health and enlightenment.
