This class had some great tips and exercises though I agree with another reviewer that it should not be Day 10 of the 21 day full body fitness boot camp. It s much lighter in terms of intensity compared to other classes in the boot camp because it s focused on showing your various poses you can do on your own without spending a lot of time in each pose (which you re supposed to do per the instructors).

Love love love this class...your directions, explanations were very informative. Very enjoyable! I feel stronger in my core, full body! I m thinking 2-3 days a week is perfect! Thank you!!!

This class was okay, but should not be day 10 of the 21-day full body fitness bootcamp. It covers a lot of the basics of ab work which is great, but it would be more appropriate at the beginning of this bootcamp series, as those of us doing it have already done a lot of core work up to this point. As a stand alone class I think this would be great for anyone starting yoga though.

This near perfect practice is a slow but deep focus on core muscles. I’d like to see a longer version including sevasina (sp) at the end.

4th day - 4th workshop. What a packed and wonderful 25 minutes and I FEEL it! Love the crow variations - you are so right - I m scared! and these really help. Having done 4 of these brilliant sessions I m thinking that no matter how long you ve been doing yoga and what age you are, you should be returning to these videos and reminding yourself how to get the best out of your practice. Loving it! Thank you.
