What brings you joy? Before or after your yoga practice, take a few minutes to sit, focus on your breath, and connect with what you are grateful for. When we meditate with an attitude of gratitude, we awaken to our lives in a different light, which allows suffering to cease and for us to move through our day in joy. Namaste.

Enjoyed the silence of this meditation and the theme of gratitude. I am indeed most grateful to the practice of yoga and meditation as it has granted me pain free and drug free body - at 66 years old.
Too short! Did not want to open my eyes... Thank you.
Awesome
I am new to meditation, so maybe it was simply hard for me. But I agree with a previous comment, it would have been nice to mention the gratitude as one of the first things. It would have helped to focus the mind.
Nice meditation. Will need to work up to being able to make it the whole time, so I will definitely return.
I appreciate this short meditaton practice, although it was hard for me, as a non-native English speaker, to understand everything Pradeep said. Also, my back hurted halfway the practice, so that was a little distracting as well.
he mentions gratitude at the end when it would have been helpful at start and during. I just did not resonate with this meditation
Great simple relaxation! Goodnight!
short on time today, this was perfect for day 7 of the 21 day challenge.
Day 7 of the challenge. Thank you for such a wonderful class!!
Many thanks for this simple and powerful practice. A beautiful start to a day, or a gentle retreat from a busy day. Namaste
I try to meditate but it s a struggle to keep my mind quiet. I am able to do this though. Pradeep s kind voice and words are like little lights guiding me down a path to a place where I feel calm, thankful and satisfied. Thank you.
