This was just the right length of time for getting to a meditative state. Keith proves a gentle guidance to make the best use of the time.

Keith presents a calm and relaxed approach to meditation which, to me, can be difficult and frustrating. I am trying to spend 5 minutes meditating each day, and this was a nice guided meditation that helped me stay calm for an extended time.

I did this class as part of the 3 week yoga challenge. I found it to be just perfect for me! I have trouble turning off my mind and focusing, so I struggle with meditation. When I manage to find my calm, however, it s wonderful, and Keith s class did that for me today! Calming voice with well guided cues and periods of silence. I loved it and will certainly come back! Thank you!

Really enjoyed this very relaxing. the ijstructor is easy on the eyes love seeing a male yoga would like more positive mantras, encouragement, advice and visualizations plan to make this a regular part of my practice

Tried as part of YDL 30 day 30 minute yoga challenge. Did it at bedtime, found it very relaxing although my mind went everywhere. Will try again though because it was one of the better meditation sessions I’ve done, even if it didn’t work very well for me this first time, I have never had a successful meditation practice yet but keep wanting to learn how to do it.

Really enjoy this meditation! It s a perfect 15 minute relaxation after a long day... just to wind down. Keith s teaching is easy to follow along with guided cues and inspirational visualizations.

This meditation was perfect for where I m at in my meditation experience (familiar with the practice but still need some cues). Loved the instruction in getting into the mindset and the long silences allowed me to deepen the practice. Thanks Keith!
