All around excellent yoga class! This well-rounded discipline of flow and posture was exactly what I needed. There are many opportunities to challenge yourself which I need and love. The meditations as transitions so to speak were wonderful and grounding. Thank you for helping me get to a better place within myself for 2022.

Excellent class. Measured pace allows a focus on breathing and improving your poses. Challenging with a few less well known poses in the mix. Will add it to my faves mix for sure.

thoughtful, calming, strengthening---really engaging and thorough...all the poses can be done regardless of level--I am a long time practitioner and found myself focused on the breath and foundations so that I could really exact the most from each pose and myself. thank you (the only thing I would comment on is the sound/music...Keith is so exact in his quiet guidance that I found myself working to "tuning out" the music --in other words--its a bit interruptive and not necessary in such a peaceful, beautifully led class).

Excellent class Keith. I love the pace, your encouraging words and reminders about breath being the focus of the poses. I ve been doing yoga for years and am fining I enjoy the slower paced classes which can be so challenging in a different way. Thank you so much Keith. You are an amazing instructor!

Wonderful class. A standard for everyone s practice.
A great warm-up to get the body moving, a strong but slow flow to gain some heat, a mindful flow based on breath to get your heart rate up, strong balancing poses, twists to wring out the spine, hip openers, practical resolve poses, a deep meditation while sitting, and a good ride to savasana.
What more could one need in one class?

As a beginner who has been doing classes daily for two months this class was way too hard. It does not feel like an all levels class but more of an advanced class. While the pacing was quite good, the poses are often quite challenging and new and by the time you look at the screen to figure out what is going on, the instructor has moved on to something new. I will have to revisit this class at a later date, but I would hope this might be reclassified from "all levels" to something more indicative of the challenge level in the class. Keith has a great demeanor and I look forward to the day when I can be successful in his class.

By far my favorite class and my favorite instructor. I love the mindful approach. Depth is achieved with my body ready and my mind free. The reminders about self care (finding joy in the present moment with gratitude) in thought, expectation and experience as a whole were greatly appreciated. Love, love, love from my mind, body and soul!!

Keith is so good for me. When I think of his classes, the pose that comes to mind is humble warrior. All of his classes have that blend of strength and softness. I tend to be a person with a huge to do list, and Keith reminds me to slow down and focus on the moment, to be present in my breath. This class was a luxury, and I feel amazing now—energized, grounded, strong, and pliable.

Deep, Slow, Mindful Flow does not mean this is an easy practice. Be prepared to challenge yourself based on Keith s good cues. This class makes those that do it very relaxed at the end. Thank you, Keith.

What a great class! I ve been really feelong a need to just stretch all my muscles and thos did it well! There was just thevpeefect balance between work and ease. I even used my block for poses I don t normally use it and found evem more depth in my hips, which was much needed. Thanl yoi for this class!

Holy guacamole this is a great class. I love instructors who cue taking a few breaths in a pose, and actually allows the time to fully take those breaths! Keith Allen is a really wonderful instructor and keeps a really great, slow & mindful pace. I really appreciate his teaching style. Highly recommend!

I am fairly new to yoga but not looking for an easy class or one with too much time spent explaining each pose, and this class was perfect! It is a great blend of relaxing and challenging.

Excellent class, cues, and tips! As a senior fitness enthusiast, I find I occasionally need to make modifications to accommodate old injuries. Most times I do bridge pose rather than wheel. Thanks to Keith s tips, I was finally able to come into wheel without my lower back feeling compressed. I will definitely add this to my favorites and look forward to additional practices from Keith.

Wow! What a great class. I think "You ll Feel It" is an appropriate category. I didn t feel rushed or strained, but I didn t feel like I was sitting around, either. The time flew, and just about everything felt good. The instructor is extremely good. His voice is calm and soothing, his cues spot on. He wasn t preachy in the least, which I really, really appreciate. Thanks so much for letting me start my day out right. :)

I loved the way Kieth Allen taught this class. It was slow but challenging and very peaceful. He didn t caught up in talking too much, he led you but didn t overdo it! Great class and great job, it is now listed as one of my favorites to return too!! Thanks Kieth hope to see more classes from you!!
