Really nice core workout with some yoga poses and vinyasas to keep things moving and fluid. Not overly challenging but enough. Could be great before or after some cardio. Will revisit (again). Thank you.

What a great class! A good core workout (meaning both abs and back) that left me feeling like I exercised but not to exhaustion. Good warm up and cool down included and enough time for a decent savasana. Always enjoy Claire s classes! This one s a keeper!

I loved the flow and vigor of this class -- my main complaint is all the rolling really really hurt my sacrum. Ouch!

Excellent class with Claire! You really get your abs and lower back muscles working in this class! My favorite saying, "it hurts so good"! I highly recommend this class and to download it and revisit it at least once a week!

Day 8! This was my first-ever Intermediate level class. There were a few segments that I couldn t do. But, for what I was able to do, it felt great! This is a class that I look forward to progressing into.

Day #7: I wanted to take today off! Glad I didn t, I feel energized and strong having committed to today s practice. Nice balance of stretch and strength, similar to yesterday s with a bit more core. Love Claire s classes.

I am admittedly not in the best shape, but plan to come back to this class because I think it will help me build a stronger core and more endurance. I did have to stop the video a couple of times to check the postures since it moved quickly.

Love this class! It went really fast. it s my first time with this instructor and I really appreciated the Pilates/yoga combo. Great balance of each. You definitely need to either watch some of the poses or know what they are as she moves fairly fast through some of them . This will definitely be marked as a favorite .

I love these pilates/yoga fusion classes - and Claire is one of my favorites instructors. I think classes like this are more interesting and fun than just flowing through the same vinyasa four times in a row. One good thing about this class is you ll soon learn how strong your abs are - or not.

I didn t really like this one so much - needed more flow and more challenge for me. I way prefer the perfect mix- still the best yoga / pilates fusion class on YDL. I hope there are more challenging classes in the future

The class integrates the yoga and Pilates throughout, so it’s not all one for 1/2 the class and then the other. Obviously, lots of core work. It’s a good class for energy.

Awesome workout as usual. I may need some shoulder massage as this really works the shoulders despite my attempts to relax around the neck, but a lot of fun.

More of a stretching/core building concept. I would definitely do again as it was thorough, with a great core flow. Great instructor. I will look for more videos. This workout focuses on core.
