I will return to this! Good, challenging poses to strengthen and open hips. Always straightforward and encouraging without any excess mumbo jumbo. Love it.

Celeste still is one of my favourite YogaDownload instructors. Like others of her classes, this one is effective, fresh, and interesting. And the best gift of all: it is silent! No elevator soundtrack courtesy of YogaDownload.

I really appreciate this quick hip strength and flexibility class. I looked nothing, NOTHING like Celeste when I was doing it, but I like how she encourages you to honor your body and keep practicing. I will return to this one regularly.

i tried this class because recently I had some type of issue with my hip, and I wanted to strengthen the muscles around my hip. As Claire mentioned at the beginning of the class, I was not able to do some of the poses, but I did what I could. At the end of the class I could tell my hips were not as tight. I could also see how doing the class repeatedly would improve my hip strength. I would recommend it to anyone but especially those who need more strength and flexibility in the hips. I enjoyed Claire s style of teaching. She is funny and encouraging.

Did not nail every pose -- that kneeling balance was crazy and I m not sure I ll ever be able to hold handstand from kicks -- but I had a lot of fun and sweated all over the place. (Partially because it s hot in my attic, but I know I would have sweated in AC with all the kicks.) Really fun, would have liked a few grounded hip opening poses, but I can t be mad at a flow that includes pigeon!

If you have tight hips this class is wonderful! I love the warming movement for the first half and the deep stretch for the second. I also enjoyed the creative sequences...something a little different than wide runners lunge etc.

I love the quick pace and instruction. I can t do some poses but I cheerfully challenge myself with this instructor.
