This is a great however challenging for me yoga program but it s terrific... I already started out in life with tight hips and I have a replaced hip with a new titanium one so I have even less mobility in That side.. Not too much but it does inhibit certain movements or less of a movement I guess I should say... i m doing upward dog or a pigeon I find placing the back of my feet flat on the four floor, instead of curled toes, my feet start to get Charlie horses and it changes from day-to-day so some of those poses were challenging for me as in other yoga programs. But still a terrific workout and a terrific Logic... Thank you

Loved this, interesting and hard enough for a short class. Celest is great. Those shoulder thingies in plank were hard!

Love that a yoga teacher thinks outside of the normal alignment! Celeste is always a breath of fresh air and pushes the limits of the norm. Thank you!

I loved this change in alignment. It allowed me to stretch some new areas and felt great. Your classes are always a joy. Thanks

This class felt terrific and is still quite challenging! I often explore subtle alignment shifts in my practice, which took it to the next level. While it was "different," I found it intuitive. Celeste, you always keep your classes exciting and fun! Namaste!

Refreshingly different! The body loves diversity whether we are talking about nutrition or movement. This class is a wonderful way to add variety to your practice. I love her cheery spirit and you will too!

Great class Celest. Refreshing and challenging. Felt good to shift body just a little to feel different muscles working. Need to work up to a handstand!

A little to advanced for me, especially with the kick ups into hand stand. Liked many of the other changes in alignment postures, especial pigeon!

Great Job Celest . Love this concept . Will definitely do it again and again. Please bring more xxxx

Celest does it again with another fabulous concept. This is a great body and mind stretch, mixing things up from the usual poses that we can sometimes get complacent about. I would love to see this become a series with more classes on this theme.

This was an interesting take on the typical flow. As someone who can get caught in that same-pose/muscle rut, I appreciate the variety here. Not too difficult, but a good practice to break up the monotony.
