Thanks for the good practice, Mark. I liked the unique approach to poses and the words about accepting the unexpected, less perfect moments in life so that growth and appreciation of the good and pleasant moments can occur.

This was generally a good class, and I enjoyed the message more than I normally would (I am not big on the talking and motivational messaging in yoga). I would have liked a bit more hip opening and a bit fewer long pauses and rests, but overall a fairly well-rounded class. Although it requires no props, it s probably worth noting that a few poses required more room than I have in my little yoga space at home, but most of it was fine even in a constrained space.

I love all of Mark s classes, but this one may be my favorite. The underlying message/theme is something I ve been working on in yoga and meditation, and he just explained it so clearly. Amazing!! The practice was fabulous too-- lots of core, some balancing, and overall fantastic.

This is a really good and challenging class. It works you out physically and yet will be relaxed after it is over. It is well worth doing.
