I came to my mat barely walking straight, aching in all my lower body and a terrible night sleep from back pain. Every new move was an ahhh release. Christens message was again, exactly what I needed for this moment in life. I will say when you get to the end if you are normal human flexy and not uber flexy just do a supine pigeon, don t attempt when she goes into the description of compass... I ended up rewinding.

I really enjoyed this class! Great stretches for my hips as well as some challenging poses that I can work towards (maybe) being about to do someday! I also really liked the instructor’s personality and sense of humor and message of “letting go.”

The sequence and the poses are great. THe long, slow vibe is wonderful. Christen needs to NOT want to be a comic and an entertainer—-she is not. The chatter detracts from what is a nice yoga class. The goofy Rihanna and Kanye references are forced and not organic. Also, they aren’t entertaining or pertinent. I’m not going to take nany of her other classes because of this, but hopefully ALL of them don’t have the chatter track..

I tried this for Day 4 of the 2-Week Challenge. I appreciate the stretches, but this class isn t for me. It s too hard on the knees.

I really enjoyed the class, and its rhythm. The only thing I would have like more, it s a longer warm up before going into big hips opening poses.

Excellent stretches! My low back felt so loose after this class. I normally have some tightness on my right side of lower back and the poses at the end of the practice loosened it.

I get so excited every time I see that a new class from Christen has been uploaded. This one challenged my mind, body and soul even though it was a gentle vinyasa. I can t wait to do this one again and also work harder on letting go as well as nature does.

Nice and slow, but strong, class with juicy hip opening asanas. My hips are so happy right now :) Couldn’t get the peak pose on the right (i just laid there laughing) but I got it on the left, so yay. This class just became my go to class for hips! Thank you!
