Feel good practice. The first half is a fast pace of flow like yoga practice and the last half is Yin like yoga practice calming and grounding. The combination of two makes this practice more relaxing and feel good. This is perfect. Thank you.

Great class structure. Started with flow to warm up and then went into longer yin holds. I really enjoyed the flow/yin combo!

Wow! What a yummy class. First it warms you up then it stretches you out. Savasana on the blanket and bolster is superb. So happy I found this one!

This was my first class with Denelle and I really liked it. The class is very well planned to warm up your body and then move into some deep yin stretches. The runner s lunge-into-pigeon sequence will really work out the tension in your hips (I carry a lot there!). The breathing exercise at the end was the perfect final relaxation. I ll do this class again.

We ve had YD for a month now, practicing daily, and this is the only class we ve repeated! Loved the balance of flow and the hip/hamstring stretches. The perfect way to warm up, and wind down into sleep!

Lovely practice! However, FYI, some vinyasa is included at the beginning. Nothing insane and I actually found it useful for a Friday night yoga to transition from the frantic pace of the week. You might want to know if you are looking just for a strictly restorative session.
