Another great Barre class! I love the focus on strengthening ankles and hips, and the way you describe correct alignment (with pelvic bone and hip points in the same plane). Thanks!

Incredibly fun with invention - these moves just made me not only physically stronger but left feeling WELL and Healthy....there s THAT all in one effective 30 fast minutes. Great queuing too.

Great class! Efficient 30 min that hits hits arms, legs, and core. I did this as a strengthening exercise after my run.

This was a decent quick workout. Nothing especially fun or challenging for me, but the time went by quickly. Everyone has different fitness levels so it will vary, but I didn t break a sweat and though I felt some burn I think doing each of the rounds twice would probably have been more effective for me.

I have really grown to like this workout as one of my favorites. I will admit I was a bit hesitant to try it the first time because I thought it would not work me hard enough. A bit of a guy thing perhaps. Non-sense guys out there, this is a fantastic, short workout. It is great when especially if you are bit pressed for time. Erin gets it done so I applaud this effort and look forward to more of her bare classes. Thanks, Scott

I LOVED that! Feel fully worked out after 30 . A new approach for me and I shall definitely return for more. Erin gave really good cues throughout this hand weights, barre and pilates session. Thank you!

So difficult but so good! More ballet classes, please—I’ve never taken ballet but have always envied ballet dancers’ gorgeous tall spines. This class gave me a taste of that (and yes, ow my calves). I couldn’t make it through every repetition of everything but I am putting this class in my frequent rotation. Thank you!

Brilliant light weight with proper alignment in the beginning 11 minutes,after that it doesn’t work for me. My legs are already tight, they don’t need more stress. That said I’ll be back for the weight as part of my regular upper body routine.
Now you’ll have to excuse me, I need to stretch my legs.

Great total body workout, I know the stairs at work tomorrow will be difficult! My only suggestion is to have people grab a mat. That floor stuff was hard without and I didn’t want to pause to go get one.
