Day 16 - Nurture & Nourish- First time doing this class and I loved it. Great movement and breath-work to take me inside and ground me. This is another physical, moving meditation that was certainly helpful to me today as I m in my head too much. Shoulder stand was a nice apex, overall great flow in a short time that touched it all. Keith is an excellent calming teaching, he s among my favorites. Thank you for this class.

Very nice practice! I even changed it up and did it outside since our NC weather was very mild and warmer than average today. I hadn t done fish pose in a while and this was a nice reminder.

Love this class! It really turned my day around. I did a headstand instead of shoulder stand and plough but feel great afterwards. I will definitely do this class again!

I love this class. I know in my mind when I am having a bad day I need to hang out in forearm plank and then do inversions, but I don t voluntarily do it without a little prompting. :)

Fantastic-Keith is my favorite and I enjoyed the fact there was music with the flow. This class really helped shift my headspace and my body feels better. Perfect amount of time if you only have 30 mins to do a little self care

Thank you for your class. I ve felt stagnant and unmotivated to get on my mat the last week. The weather is cool and breezy so I took my mat outside to feel the air and found this class. It was perfect. Gentle and mellow with a little heat in the middle. It absolutely helped shift my mind and body today.

the takeaway for me is that reminder Keith had for us in the beginning... if I (or you) get to the mat today, & that in itself was a journey,,, to recognize that and take that as a challenge accomplished in itself. I thought that was empowering and that messaged connected w. me today as I felt *meh* before this class. I feel lighter now.Thank you!

Needed this more than I realised, thankyou Keith. Got very frustrated with wifi connection today but managed to finally get on line feeling very cross & breath very stuck!! Really appreciated the detail to breath in this class & the shoulder stand has definitely helped to turn my mood around. Feeling more movement of breath now & my horrible head has definitely softened. Namaste

One of my favorite classes -- always turn to it when I m feeling blah about working out (or about life) and it gets me going again. Nicely paced, not too difficult but still gets me warm, and the inversion is a wonderful way to end the class and reset your day.

Really enjoyed this class - gentle but adding inversion makes it a challenge and gives a sense of achievement, thus helping to turn my mood around! Really liked Kevin s subtle alignment cues too. Will do this again.

Appears too well planned out but the audio quality is so uneven I had trouble hearing the instruction. And there could have been a bit more instruction in how to move from one pose to the next.

Initially, I just wasn t feeling the heat like I expected. Then came the plank and I was feeling something! By the time the class was over I was feeling anew, but also wanting more! Great class!

WOW! What a perfect flow to re-set during the day. Keith is so good at explaining the little details that complete a pose. His skilful guidance is easy to follow and his calm demeanour transcends from the computer into my practice. I will definitely be coming back to this class, as well as all of his others!

Loved this gorgeous class from a great teacher. Really enjoyed the flow and the breathing and the humorous asides ( Think of one thing you love about doing 1 minute of forearm plank ; Sometimes to turn your day round you ve got to turn upside down! ) Keith motivated me to get further towards shoulder stand than I ve managed before partly through gentle persuasion and partly through explaining the benefits. Perfect hatha class with a tad bit of flow. The cues are clear and easy to follow. I like how he explained how the poses will help your mood. Very nice to end with a shoulder stand. Would do this again!

Great 30 minute class by Keith. Perfect for beginning a day or ending a work day that was trying and when you don t have a lot of time. Keith gives very good clues on how to move, and this practice makes you feel like you have generated heat and worked out even though it is only 30 minutes. It really does place your mind in a different place!

Almost went to one of my old stand bys because I felt I HAD to do my yoga. So glad I clicked on this one. I very nice change up and left me feeling great. Hit all different parts inside and out. Loved some of the different tips, specifically for the inversion which I thought I d never be able to do again and felt sooooo good. I needed a shorter class then wanted this one to just keep going. I am easing my way back in after bad injury so trying to stick to shorter classes and this one doesn t have me worrying that I may be hurting later, but I do feel like i actuallly did something. Thank you!

I loved the message! I also loved the opportunity to do an inversion (which seems rare in many of the yogadownload classes). But the instruction was a bit confusing for me and I had a hard time finding the rhythm.

I enjoyed this class! I found some of the transitions a little confusing-I think I would have benefitted from more explicit direction in some instances (e.g. from horse to triangle). I do feel very good now though!
