What an amazing practice! Excellent cues, soothing soundtrack (rather than the usual annoying elevator music that comes along most YogaDownload classes), challenging and complete. Thank you, Erin!

Wow. I was not expecting to sweat as much as I did from such a slow flow, but here we are. This flow focuses more on strength building than vigorous flow. I feel strong and pretty blissed out. This was the perfect flow for me this morning. I ve been tired all week and I finally got a good, long night of sleep. The heart-opening backbends at the end perked me up and the flow wore me out enough that I could fully melt into savasana.
Great flow. Definitely going to download for future, leisurely weekend flows!

Nice slow progression that starts with stretching and then slow flow with long holds targeting all areas of the body. Very fluid and lucid instructions.

Loved this. Great for all levels and it’s a head-to-toe complete workout.
I did it in the morning And really needed the time to wake up so it was perfect for me. Her cues are super easy to follow and you don’t even have to watch what she is doing. Thank you for another great class. Keep them coming please.

I love yogadownload however this class was not one of my favourites. I guess i was expecting more of a flow class and this one did not seem to have much flow at all. I will try other classes from this instructor as i found Erin easy to follow.

Starts off slow and yin like and then progresses to a challenging flow that works out your entire body, with more focus on legs and core work. Utilizes poses with tiny micro movements that gradually increase and push you just to your edge. You ll definitely break a sweat with this flow.
