Great class! I love how the flows are unique and exhilarating. My goal is to complete all your classes. Almost there. I always work up a sweat and feel great afterwards. I’m enjoying better resting in dolphin. I find one of my areas of opportunity is leg up in bridge (I keep pushing through).

OMG, what an awesome class! This was just perfect for me today, like a mute button for that inner negative voice, the one saying you re not enough, and look what everyone else is achieving. I can t get over just how well this has worked on my mind. I will definitely be back for more. Physically there is some heat built and some strengthening core work, but what I like most about this class is the refreshing sequencing and unexpected (but well cued) transitions. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Mark!

Having never done one of Marc’s classes before, I enjoyed this. He talks quite a bit at the beginning, which is somewhat distracting, but overall a good intermediate flow.

I love all of Mark’s classes. This class kicked my body and mind into gear yesterday. I took it as part of the 21 day challenge, but I would have taken this class anyway. Mark balances a clear, firm message with caring support and thoughtful movement. We should probably all take this class regularly to remind us that being busy is not a virtue. I am still thinking through that message 24hrs later. How do I use it as an excuse to brush off another person? A reminder to pause, be more loving, give of time. Thank you!

Another great class from Mark. 70 minutes of full body action and full mind wisdom. Starting with core work warmed me up for what lay ahead and I went with the challenges presented tho there are always options offered. Thank you.

great sequence. I did have to modify some of the length when holding poses, but loved the variation with the flows. As usual, another great class from Mark.

A fantastic sequence to open up the lower back and side body. The surprise at the end (which is honestly best kept a surprise) is frog pose-- something we all don t exactly enjoy but really need.
