This is great core work in as short amount of time. I did this today in the back bedroom of a family gathering - you can do this class in a small space while others are sleeping; even babies!

This is a great class on its own or perfect for combining with a vinyasa flow! This core workout is a fun challenge to strengthen core muscles.
I love that I can do yogadownload classes anytime, anywhere! My husband and I squeezed this core practice into our morning routine while the baby slept and we feel stronger to tackle the day!

This was a great set of exercises for my core. I wish I could say that I could do every one of them but the modifications helped and I hope to work up to being able to hold all of the planks soon.

I was a bit tired before I started but by the end I felt more energised - even if I am a little sore now too. Great compact core workout. I imagine regular visits to this session would really help to get a stronger core

VERY good core workout. Moves fast because there are a good number of different, short but intense, exercises. I didn t/couldn t do all of the plank versions, so added another floor exercise. Will keep this in favorites!
