Really enjoyed this lower body workout. Good core and leg/butt workout with a good tempo. Not too fast and not too slow and good cues. This is definitely a keeper for a weekly session.

Challenging, sweaty class but I liked it! Gonna feel it later for sure. Nice mix of warm up and cool down yoga with Pilates moves in the middle. Will be doing this one again.

I really enjoyed this class. I have completed this one several times and each time I am challenged. Her core classes have helped some back issues and I can say there has been a huge difference in my yoga practice because of working in Pilates. Thank you!

Excellent class. Great fusion. I do yoga regularly so some of the pilates moves were challenging and obviously needed it. So Loved it and hated bits :-). Will do again.

I bought a Christmas dress that shows a bit more leg than I expected so thought I d try this class to see if I could shape up a bit more. I didn t expect to love it so much! I enjoyed the bit of yoga mixed with pilates and while I got a bit of a sweat on, it wasn t too tiring for someone like me who is feeling a bit weak and unfit at the moment. While I was mid-class I crazily vowed to do this class 10 more times before Christmas and I shall look forward to completing this challenge! Claire s instructions were clear and she sounded very encouraging.

Great mix. It s like the best cocktail ever...stirred and shaken in the most perfect way. Thank you so very much for this surprise! More of these Yoga and Mindful Pilates/Barre mojos! Great confident teacher with great cues. Got out of my head and enjoyed the strength.

A great class which starts with Sun Salutation flows and quickly moves to well cued abs work and legs work. Options are offered and Claire s reminders help you to stay in the right position and focus on the correct muscle groups.

I just found this instructor and her classes and LOVE them! I did the lower body class this morning; it was a great way to start the day. She does go pretty quick so you need to know your Pilates moves! But a really nice blend of yoga/pilates with great cueing. I ll be back! These classes are transforming my posture, making me look and feel younger - and my body doesn t hurt anymore. I m so grateful!

This pilates class is a great addition to my routine. It s a well rounded, nicely thought out that definitely focuses on the lower body. My back thanks me for getting back into pilates - and it s from one of my favorite instructors. Thanks Claire! Now we just need a full body or upper body class please.
