Love Yoga Nidra. Erin"s vice is perfect for this type of meditation. Even though this practice is only 20 minutes, I felt rally good. There is no instruction to wake up, so this is great to go to sleep. Thank you.

This is a really nice introduction into Yoga Nidra. The length was just right for me for the first time practising Nidra. My whole body started tingling, and I felt the breath and prana moving through my body. My mind relaxed but my body felt like it went into a buzzing healing mode. Erin s voice is very soothing. I will follow more Nidra classes for sure, and I will also come back to this one!

Did as part of YDL 30 minute, 30 day challenge. Did at bedtime but in savasana position, zoned in and out and woke up when she ended, so repeated in my sleeping position. Fell right asleep and stayed asleep. Will definitely do again, very relaxing and even if I never hear it all, I am happy, since sleeping is always a problem for me!
