I usually just write notes for myself, but wanted to comment on this class. I came across another of Caitlyn s classes and loved it, so I tried this one - I also LOVED it. Caitlyn provides an interesting and unexpected flow that is also easy to follow with her excellent descriptions. Her alignment cues were also superb, which is so critical for health and safety when we are practicing on our own. Thank you Caitlyn!

I love the way the sequence has you moving around the mat for an easy transition to each side, keeps things interesting and fluid! This is a class I feel the next day, in a good way, and I return to it often to get the balance of heat and Caitlin Rose s Yin poses

Exactly what I need today. Travelled 4 hours and will sit in an arena all day for a wrestling tournament. I may have to do this again tonight. My back and hips feel amazing!!!

Hi Caitlyn, I am working with both neck and upper/lower back pain, not from an acute injury. This practice with it s slow twists and time/movement to get into the more complex twists were just what I needed to add to my yoga healing series. I especially appreciated the added hip opener and neck mobility exercises. Thank you, with much gratitude. Be well.

My back has been so stiff lately and this class was a perfect flow to loosen it up. It s hard to get a good back stretch AND some leg + arm toning but this flow did it! Love this one. Added it to my favorites AND every single class Caitlin teaches is AWESOME. She is one of my fav teachers!

I LOVED this class! It was just what I was looking for. Lots of creative flows that built heat without being too strenuous. The instructor s voice was very calming and I appreciated the fact there was no music. Thanks for a great class!

This is a lovely class. The twists feel amazing. The instructor provides clean cues and her voice is melodic. I would love to see longer classes offered from Caitlin.

Overall really good class. Nice movements and great stretching.
The only downside was there was a lot of instruction to be facing the opposite direction/back of the mat, which was hard to follow since I couldn t move my computer around. Not a big deal but not the best for this format.

This was a delightful class. Caitlin s cueing was perfect for the level (Adv Beginner) - I get frustrated when there is too much cueing for classes that are Adv Beginner and up. The flow was just right, the intensity was spot on, and I really enjoyed the sequence she presented. This was a really wonderful short class!!!! Looking forward to more of her classes.

This is a lovely, gentle stretching class. The instructor gives clear cues and how to use optional blocks. I have to agree with another reviewer who noted that doing poses for the first time at the back of the mat is not helpful: i.e. setting up for deer pose. Overall, this is a slow moving, enjoyable class.

I really enjoyed this class as my back has been funky after a long road trip. The poses provided a nice natural traction for my back. I appreciated the twists and subtle adjustments to get even more out of the poses. Instructor was clear in her cues.

Really nice class with refreshing variations on poses and good sequencing. My one comment would be that there are several poses that are done for the first time starting facing the back of the mat and not easy to see the visual. This doesn t take anything away from a great class.

Thank you very much for this super effective short practice Caitlin. The clear and consistent cues really helped me get maximum benefit from the poses. I particularly liked the alternate focus on down dog calves and the neck stretches. Not sure I got full benefit from Deer pose, a new one to me so I will keep practicing this one.

Amazing class! I loved the different variations in the twists. My spine and back feel wonderful after this class! I have added this to my list of favorites! Very thorough in the cuing and great in offering options on variations in the poses. I hope that you add more classes to YDL!

Very well done! All of the purposeful instructions we re clear and concise. Options were given for inserting Venyasas.
I did this after spending time in the car, it was a great release.
