I had this class in my favorites already, but haven t done it in awhile. This was such a lovely class and had just the right amount of challenge. I always enjoy Christen s instruction. She makes it easy to understand and follow, and her messages set a tone for my day! Thank you!!!

Loved this class on a morning when the shoulders need a break. Christen s prompts are precise and she speaks with intention while adding levity (that s yoga speak for humour : ) She has a way of making you feel flexible in body and spirit even in a quickie practice.

I enjoyed this class very much. I m just starting to venture beyond the true beginner classes within YD as my strength and stamina builds, and the pace of this class suited me just fine. Some poses were more challenging, but I feel like I will be able to master them eventually. I also appreciate the length of this class; I find that i get bored with 1-hour classes, between 30-45 minutes is my sweet spot. Also enjoyed seeing models with different body types in the video. All in all it s a great class and I recommend it to everyone, thank you.

Well rounded short class that s easy on the wrists, and incorporates juicy twists. Quite gentle, so good on an evening when I d had a stressful, long day. Metta bhavna meditation at the end is a nice touch.

I overexerted my right shoulder a few weeks back so I eased off from practice to avoid further injury and let it rest... till today. I felt that my shoulder isn t totally good yet, but I really miss some sweaty practice. So I tried this class. It was perfect! Followed it with a yin yoga practice. Very happy my yoga fix today. Will do this again till my shoulder feels ready for more vigorous practice. Namaste!

Another favorite class from Christen! The flow sequence is similar to her other classes, but this one isn t as challenging, which enables more focus on softening the heart. Her words of inspiration and the guided meditation at the end are the perfect start for the day...everyday!

Beautiful way to start the day physically and mentally. Gentle sun breaths to start,crescent moons with twist. One leg mountain. Crescent lunges. Chair with airplane arms. Half Pigeon. Love the break from Chatarangas. And the Loving kindness meditation was perfect. Thank you Christen... love your classes!!!

Wonderful class as always. I read someone s review & they felt that this was more of an intermediate. Christen is a pretty good judgement when it comes to what level her classes are. I felt that it had just the right amount of her magic mixed into this class. Her messages are always meaningful & always speak to me. Namaste.

Loved this short, different heart opening flow. I usually don’t stick around for the complete round of savasana (my bad) but loved this guided meditation all the way through to the namaste.

Enjoyed this practice - really nicely organized with good flow. I also appreciate having shorter classes available without as much use of the wrists/shoulders - I get a lot of neck/shoulder pain from desk work and having practice opportunities like this allow me to do yoga without adding additional strain.

Great practice! I gave it a 3 simply because it seems more advanced than for all levels. If you are more experienced in your yoga practice, you may enjoy this. If you are a beginner, it may move too quickly with the guiding being too fast.
