Amazing class! Challenging but not hard. Definitely got sweaty and felt great afterward. I wish I had tried this years ago.

Fantastic class! I was looking for a more challenging class that didn t rely on speed and risk sacrificing form. During the second side one legged series I was really feeling it. By the end my legs were a little wobbly but feeling long and limber. This class will be a weekly practice.

Really enjoying Erin s barre classes. This one has some pretty tough moves, but a really well rounded class, and Erin s encouragement helps get through the tough parts.

A very focused strength class. I needed to do about 10 minutes more stretching at the end. Loved the class.

Great workout for glutes, thighs and arms ending with good abs set. Overall nice workout. I will do this again.

NICE! What a great relatively short class!. I loved the semi-cardio moves added with the Barre moves. My high seat area (so hard to work) was on fire when I was done but I felt exhilarated not exhausted.

This is another great workout. For the guys out there this gets it done. I use it as a whole body workout with a little extra for the legs. Definitely don t go over 5 lbs for the weights guys. They get heavy very quickly. I really felt like this covered my low back as well in a very comfortable way for those looking to do some focus on that area. I look forward to more great workouts from you.
