This class is categorized into "Ahhhhh" intensity, yet it was not easy for me, need a lot of patient and power to get into poses. Standing on tors are specially not easy for me to keep balance. Focusing on the poses keeps mind stay in my body. Thank you.

Thank you for this amazing class. I found you at the exact time I needed you. I was able to "show up" on my mat yesterday for the first time in a long time, and today, I completed (most of) this class! You make me really want to not give up, and I appreciate you so very much for that!

I cannot say enough. If you are having anxiety PLEASE at least start here. It will help take you down a notch to know what the next step is. I forced myself to the mat and turned off my phone knowing anxiety was getting the best of me. I fully expected to pick a yoga with weights but this showed up. I did it and may play again! This is truly an instructor that knows how a person with anxiety feels. I wanted to stop to write down some quotes! It did truly help.

Shannon is one of the best teachers. Calm and focused with the clear guidance of her topic of anxiety in mind. No crazy cuing and no distracting music, along with extremely effective breathing techniques. Great class.

Thank you so much! I feel my right shoulder tension release and my anxiety and headache greatly reduced. This class was different and refreshing... I especially liked the breathing at the end... I was craving something like that during the middle part of the class.

I found it a bit difficult to follow the class as there were several poses that I was unfamiliar with and the paste of the instructions was very fast paced.

This Practice has a good blend of physical challenge and breath work. I really like doing this after my Work day and 4 mile walk. Really good queuing from the instructor as well.

If you don’t practice lots of yoga this is one you might want to watch first. I did not always understand what position and movement was a next and so missed some of the poses. I still thought it was a good class especially with the breathing. I may try it again!

What a great class! The first of Shannon’s classes I’ve taken, her verbal cues are very helpful for maintaining proper alignment, and it really helped me go deeper in several poses and stretches.

I appreciated her integration of breath work and strong knowledge of anatomy. Very different from yesterday s practice and I had to remind myself to get out of my comfort zone and be with my body and my breath. Glad to have taken the time and practice patience with myself.

I always love learning new breathing exercises for when I’m having anxiety. I also had an Aha! moment when she mentioned anxiety being held in the psoas. I was having some pretty severe anxiety last week and along with it severe low back and hip pain caused by an unhappy psoas muscle.

Great class!..Just read 2 articles about the CV-19, if you get it....the best thing that seems to help milder cases is very deep breathing.....As you chest feels tight and your lungs fill up---take slow deep breaths, even thru the pain that it will cause...the virus does not like the oxygen...and you get you lungs expanded....BREATH!....Thanks for the class!!!

Although I struggled in places with some poses I enjoyed the class very much & found the breathing exercises really helpful and will continue to use. A class I will definitely go back to as I would like to raise myself to some of the poses I found challenging. Thankyou, namaste ??

Not quite what I was expecting - more active and stronger than I had anticipated. Concentration required to follow some of the anatomical requirements and don t think I got there with the forearms in, shoulder blades widening. I enjoyed doing this class and will do again and try and follow the cuing instructions more actively.
